Absolutely Awesome Accurate AI Scribe!
I am using this to create well formatted H&P notes on my patients seen in the emergency department. Love the ‘Goldilocks’ voice but also will tweak settings to a SOAP note or Super Detailed voice depending on the patient encounter (Useful to do this for Mental Health Consults)

It changes health care forever. I use it for mental health assessments and it is so good at picking details and then putting them under the appropriate headings. Also allows me to flesh out some parts afterwards if I feel necessary. Very impressed

App is good, helpful in consultation with owner. Good for interpreting a dictated history. Definitely need to double check what is written. Would be good if there was a tip sheet regarding limitations to be able to use it best

This is a GAME CHANGER! I am a pediatric speech therapist. I use the software mostly for inital intakes. It allows me to play with the child, and talk to the parent without having to take notes. The interview is transcribed so well, it seems like magic.

Makes documentation much easier and intuitive. At times, there would have been details I would have missed out on had i dictated or write out my note, but the “super detailed” mode makes use of direct quotes, which i found super helpful. The organizational ability is AMAZING and sorts out info where they belong (eg if they mention “oh I dont smoke”, it would generate under social history “never smoker”).
Does take some time to change tour mindset around having it do your note for you, but learning curve is not steep.

I have been looking for this product for a long time. Finally! It is excellent for dictating my notes after seeing a patient and using AI, converting the notes to useable, simple, easy SOAP notes and other formats. I love how easy this is, and I can make my notes much more personal. Just a conversation with HEIDI makes it possible and suddenly, like magic, the notes are converted to clear, concise audiological language. I would love to see this work directly with my patient database provider someday. For now, I'm thrilled with this!!! I'm just beginning to explore the features and am excited to discover what is next. And ... an APP is coming soon, I hear. Yay!

Maybe some options re editing the notes will be beneficial - I wouldn't say I like bullet point entries

I've tried multiple AI scribes in the past and was always disappointed. Heidi is easy to use and is the only one I've found to capture the essential information and weed out the noise. Pricing is great. Excellent customer service. I look forward to them rolling out more features in the future

Heidi is very user friendly. I save a lot of time using Heidi for SOAP notes. The only con I have is sometimes the recording does not always pick up voices. But otherwise this is a great charting tool.

Heidi has been transformative in my practice! It is a real trendsetter, I cannot fathom sitting down to write session notes now that I have tried Heidi. I am fully converted forever and ever.

Heidi makes jotting down notes very convenient and is a sigh of relief for the times when there’s alot to type but running short of time and energy. All I had to do was record the session and it formulated it into a well organized structure of patient’s history and relevant medical information. If genuinely worked upon, it can get far better than this!

Very impressed with this. Seems to be much more accurate, efficient, and also customizable than other AI scribe options I have tried. I love how I can actually design exactly how my notes and reports look and even how I can customize messages to send to patients. Looking forward to using this more.

I think Heidi is going to be my new best friend. I've only been using it a few days but it but it is already changing my clinical note taking for the better. The way it captures complex clinical discussions into concise and well-worded clinical notes is amazing. I love how easy it is to use and look forward to getting to know Heidi even better!
