I finally got my money back on 02.14.25 PayPal got my money back ! Heidi was even MIA with PayPal . Heidi ghosted me .

My husband ordered me a sentimental gift for Christmas. Over a month later, and past Christmas, when the gift still had not arrived, I began emailing. To no avail, of course.
Then I called several times and finally spoke with an employee who assured me that they would make it right. But the problem was they showed no order, but my bank account showed the couple hundred dollar deduction.
We placed a new order, and disputed charge.
Weeks later, no bracelet. I again email email email, call call call. Finally they answer, apologize, say they are mailing.
Then a damaged bracelet arrives. Looks like they scraped this thing across the parking lot before shipping it out. I send videos and photos. I email and call. Takes weeks to connect with anyone. They apologize, tell me to mail it back and they'll send a new one. WEEKS later and I receive the same bracelet damaged, even worse this time! I AGAIN send photos, videos, email, make calls. They tell me mail it back they'll send a brand new one and expedite shipping. It's now June 2023. I've never received my bracelet and I had to file a second dispute with my bank for the second stolen money. I left a Google Review and this horrid woman, Heidi, has the audacity to reply to my review and say they allowed me to keep my bracelet. What a vile woman and a blatant liar. I decide to file a BBB complaint. There are already so many complaints on them there BTW for similar issues! Later as I have told friends and family of this experience, they too share horror stories of their encounters with Heidi J Hale this past year. So sad that this company just absolutely tanked in quality and INTEGRITY. Straight shameful.
