Great service and products

Rapid attention to the order and communication from the shop. One item was not in stock but the shop re-ordered and let me know as soon as it was in. They even offered to drop it off for me, though that wasn't necessary. Good, green products and fantastic service.

Old fashioned quality..

After recently purchasing the wooden backscratcher and bath/back brush I felt lt really deserved a big thankyou, not only for the high quality of these items, but also for the complete shopping experience. This company is extremely efficient with its notifications and speedy delivery, a pleasure to shop with them. Would definitely recommend.

Recommended

We had never used Heima in the past, but will certainly do so again if the need arises. Correspondence was good, packing was fine, speed of delivery was excellent and, generally, there were no issues to complain about.
