Hello Fresh meals are great

Hello Fresh meals are great, I usually wait until they have a deal before I use them. I signed up when they had 40% discount off a box, then I felt it was worth me spending the money, Hard to get creative in the kitchen, so these recipes and pre planned meals really helps!

A title is pointless. I'm critiquing not writing book

My Meal selection or choice on a whole isn't to bad.
Sometimes an ingredient (vegetable) is left out because of availability, which at times is understandable, but questionable at the height of their growing season.
Some vegetables delivered have been wilted or poor quality. it doesn't happen often but does happen.
Avocados are always green and have to be ripen. i can understand to a point, but it means running to the supermarket to buy a ripe one to follow the recipe when you're cooking that meal for the night.

A few issues, but still enjoy meals.

We have had a few issues recently. The flavors are always very good and nice balanced meals. But, we have found the chicken bags often come open and the raw chicken juice leaks over everything. So we have had to throw a few things away.
The avocados are always hard as a rock and plasticky- they cannot be eaten. The beef rump has been very grissley & chewy, not much actual meat. Besides those issues which have occurred a few times on numerous orders- we are happy otherwise.

For us using Hello Fresh gives us a…p

For us using Hello Fresh gives us a quick easy way to choose what meals to cook. There is just the two of us.
The menu’s are a convenient way to decide. Also giving you the options to upgrade them slightly too, and to try things you may not usually have tried to make yourself.
We have had some lovely tasty meals with only a few that haven’t been our cup of tea. Sometimes the process of cooking the meal could be made a lot quicker by doing certain things a different way. So sometimes I just do that. Often too there is a lot of plastic rubbish from all the little ingredient packaging. I recycle what I can including using the paper bags in my kitchen rubbish bin.
My only thing is when you do have an issue(which is not often) using the app to give an accurate description of the issue can be a little tricky. As not all choices to indicate the right issues are available. So maybe being able to use specifics could be an option there.
All in all a great service for the two of us.

The overall website is not useable

The overall website is not useable. They have an issue with the website whereas the menu changes even after you have selected and paid for the meals for the week. This has been raised with them however, nothing has been done yet. Bit concerning using a website where there can be data breach.
