Hello Fresh is fast fresh and delicious!
Hello Fresh has been a great way to add more variety to our dinners. Everything is portioned so there isn't any waste and the delicious sauces and add ons are all provided. Everything has been super fresh and I can choose my meals each week or leave it as a surprise. I was always sceptical but I'm a convert now! Delicious quick dinners! Better, faster and healthier than take away!
Delivery and app are spot on too! Can skip if I'm away or have a busy social calendar!

The food is great, I love it, but when the boxes actually make it, some dishes have pretty good portion sizes and some others don't, which is a little disappointing.

Game changer
We are loving our meals. We order 3 meals a week. This takes the thinking out of the equation on what to cook. Everything is at your fingertips with easy recipes to follow. The flavours are fantastic and so much to choose from. If you are into Asian flavours there is a lot of choices. Also vegetarian. We are meat lovers. The chicken and pork meals are especially yum. Delivery is efficient, with notifications for tracking and arrival. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there is a lot of packaging which is not recyclable. If environmentally conscious this will not suit you. Keep up the great work. 👍👌

Even the other half can cook it
Look it's a little on the expensive side however the convenience is actually worth it... I usually get between 4 & 6 meals depending on my week.. If I don't like the looks of the meals I'll skip that week. I like that I can choose my meals 3 weeks in advance so it's always a surprise when I open the box to see what I ordered LOL. We set the menu cards out on the bench, put the corresponding food bag with it. We then tip out the cold ingredients, again sorting into the corresponding meals & we chuck them in the bag & then decide what ordered we are eating & place in the fridge in order... a little OCD however it works & if I'm home late my partner can start cooking because it's all there & in order & it's all step by step instructions
As an added bonus I've hooked my qantas points up so that's slowly adding to my stash of points

I would not recommend
Ordering 5 meals a week was tough for hellofresh to provide all ingredients. On multiple occasions I had to go and source missing items (very easily). hello fresh advised they were unable to source them. The alternate ingredient option they provided would have meant I would not have chosen that meal and they did change the flavour. On one occasion I received a $5 credit, what a joke.
Also when I received meals I would have to look at expiration dates of all products as some only had a few day meaning they could not be made later in the week and before learning this I would have to throw out expired items.
I would not recommend.

Hello fresh is perfect for my little life.
I started to become a little bit slack with shopping for groceries, it added up and I wasn’t using it all before it went bad. I also struggled to figure out what to eat every night and meal prepping weekly wasn’t working.
I eat something new every night and have it for lunch the next day, (my partner works away), and it is always healthy, yummy and filling. Ive had the deliveries every week for about 3 months now and I think hello fresh is an awesome concept and company. Love love.
