I love the ice packed gear and arrives…
I love the ice packed gear and arrives when scheduled. Great to not have to decide on dinner. 2 person meal can accommodate 3.
On the downside many ingredients last 3 or less days meaning food gets thrown out.

A good variety of meals and the ability to change proteins is a wonderful addition. Vegetable and Salad ingredients aren't always the same as originally ordered and the packaged spinach and rocket goes off too quickly.

Inconsistent produce quality
We’re finding that the quality of hello fresh’s fresh produce is inconsistent. Over previous weeks we’ve had herbs and leafy green products that have been mouldy or slimy and unusable. These missing ingredients seriously effect the result of the meal being cooked.
Last week's ingredients were fresher and thus meals were improved.

Good solution for busy families
Food quality is excellent. Step by step instructions easy for teenagers to follow. A huge amount of plastic and cardboard packaging. Recipe cards are brilliant.Reasonable value while I'm getting the discount, but once that expires I've calculated it will be $13 per serving (our family requires 3 servings). Cheaper than takeaway, but far more expensive than supermarket.

Where are you getting your delivery drivers from?
Do you have any company policy regarding inconsiderate behaviour?
Your drivers are again driving noisy diesel truck up my driveway, parking at my front door/bedroom window, slamming truck door, delivering next door, and waking up myself, my wife, and everyone in the strata complex at 2AM in the morning.
The previous driver I had to go outside and tell him off, must be new driver now.
Again at 1AM this morning. Tell your driver who delivers to NOLLAMARA W.A. to walk the food box in as others have done in the past if they deliver at these stupid hours.

A Satisfied customer.
I find Hello Fresh is convenient and actually saves me money as I don’t have to shop as much-everything is delivered to my door. It takes the headache out of “What’s for dinner tonight?” and meal planning. The meals are delicious and creative-never boring. You can increase or change the meat on some meals so is a win win with my husband and myself. Has also improved service with rewards and competitions since we first were customers about five years ago. ♥️👍

The delivery service communication is great. It's easy to follow and is updated regularly. The quality of the food is great and the recipes are easy to follow. The food is delicious and varied.
There is less waste from left over food. And the packaging can be recycled. I recommend HelloFresh to everyone I know.
