Very good and tasty food, me and my wife were enjoying it for 2 months. Today sadly I cancelled my subscription fully.
Absolutely dog system that automatically fills orders and sends random food if you don’t make it in time to fill it yourself, okay usually deadline was Sunday. This time I guess because of Christmas that fill day was moved, great, now box that comes on Wednesday is not cancelable on Saturday + no one of us is in Denmark even in that whole week. Again, upset to cancel my subscription but it’s unbearable

I'm honestly beyond furious.
I've all in all been pretty happy with my boxes. The food is easy to make, instructions easy to follow, which is also why I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1, but I will still be canceling and never coming back, and here is why.
I would often receive greens that would be rotten, like a cucumber that was all soft and mushy, or a potato that was rotten to the core. This was usually not a problem, as I would simply just report the ingredients and I got it credited. At least that's to my believing, as I never saw the so called credited amount, actually being retracted from the bill. A lot of the times, I even let I go and didn't report it, because often there would be enough food either way and it wouldn't be an issue.
However here is the straw that broke the camels back, and it left me so angry that I'll never use this service again, as it's a pyramid scam of highest caliber.
Back when I started my boxes, I was quite happy with the meals. I even spoke highly of it to friends and family. When I saw that I could get credits for inviting people to use HelloFresh, I even spoke more highly, as those credits would have meant a lot to me, and relieved a lot of stress for a week. So I shared my free meal boxes like it was the plague, hoping that I could get someone to sign up and get some credits coming my way. Finally both my cousins decided to sign up, after trying the free box. I thought omg that's great! I'll send them the 30% of the 2 boxes and 20% of the 3 boxes voucher, so I can get the credits and they'll get some amazing discounts, but no.... I could not send my cousins the voucher. Strange I thought, so I contacted support, because clearly the two were different things and no where does it state, you can only use one. So I contact support and I ask them, could it be that the vouchers can't work together or what's going on. The support refused to help me, and just kept telling me to ask my cousin to contact support to have it resolved. The support clearly using Google translate, seeing as they kept calling my cousin a he, even tho I kept correcting them and saying SHE, the support still kept saying the same mistake and just kept refusing to talk to me.
So my cousin goes to contact support, which also refuse to help her. They just cut her off and says it's because she's already used the free box, and then they aren't interested in helping her. This made me beyond furious, because the free box and the 30/20 discount is clearly not the same thing, as that's cheating a new costumer for a lot of discount that she can't get, and I can't get any credits. So what's the point in letting someone try a free box, to see if they like it and want to sign up, if the person who's gone above and beyond to recommend it, doesn't even get credits for it?
So I contacted support again, this time in English as I wasn't going to do the unserious Google translate garbage again. Again the person refused to help me, and kept telling me my cousin had to contact support for "security reasons", even tho I had provided the emails and you can see that I've send those exact emails their invites and they've signed up through them. Don't tell me it's for security reasons, when your only security measure is to say your email. I can literally join the chat and give any email, and that's your security measure! I kept telling the support to connect me to someone who could solve the issue, and they kept refusing. They eventually said they would connect me to someone, and I kept waiting in the conversation for 20 minutes, before I just gave up and realized they were taking the pee.
So here I am with no resolution, who got tricked into helping a company make money, and got nothing in return. I got the company 2 costumers and I had a sure 3rd too, but why would I help this company earn money, when I can't even get the credits that I deserve? Had the support actually been helpful and useful, resolved the issue and just given me the credits they could see I deserved, I would still have been a happy costumer and probably kept my sub going, but now.. Hell no, and I'll make sure to spread the word of how bad the service is.

not worth the money, tried a few weeks of the service and more often that not, the goods, especially the vegetables are at the end. if you dont eat it right away they will often go soggy. no warnings about the next weeks dishes, just hope they are to your taste or diet. i moved on to aarstiderne were i feel i get value

Got my package with 5 dishes today, sadly one bag was soaked with what turned out to be soyasauce. When contacting the customer service about it, I had to spend nearly an hour chatting and sending picture proof to Gert to explain that all ingredients that weren't packaged in plastic were now soaked with soyasauce, which made it basically impossible for me to make that dish.
If your policy is to always mistrust your customers, just have support start out by asking for picture proof instead of coming up with alternative dishes I could use my soyasauce-soaked ginger for.

It was more expensive than previous weeks, it used to be less expensive? Some ingredients were missing from one of the meals, and the delivery guy threw the box at my door from down the stairs instead of setting the box down in front of the door. Meals were delicious

Really like the concept and appreciate the vegetarian options. However in every order I’ve been missing ingredients! If I want to cook the ordered meal I have to go to a grocery store and buy it myself. It defeats the purpose of ordering from HelloFresh! Once, I was missing an eggplant from a moussaka, which is a key ingredient!
