I have never reviewed anything before but this experience deserves one. After finding out I need to be in China for business in one month and my passport expires in two months I reached out to Hellogov. I was sceptical but tried the 6-10 business day service. In only 8 days my new passport and my old passport have come back to me! It was easy, flawless, and customer service was fabulous at every step. They really keep you on the loop. It was worth every penny..I will go book my trip now.

They will only refund half of my money, even though I did not complete the process because it had been more than 48 hours. I still had to get and pay for my passport photo. There fee was $203.15 and I was still in the process of getting my passport, and they want me to send the state another $212. Go to travel.state.gov instead and save the "processing fee". I felt taken advantage of. Will tell others not to use this site.

I was finally able to get a passport! I had issues trying to get one a few years back because I was adopted. But thankfully I got all the correct documents and Hello Gov was able to guide me through the process. When I did have a problem with the post office . I called and the problem was resolved. The process was pretty seamless and non stressful. The only part I had a hard time with was downloading my packet of documents to sign. But your customer service agents were great and very prompt and eager to respond and help.

Good job everything went thru fast. DO NOT use the photographer at Staples they don't accept those anymore, you'll have to pay for one at the post office anyway.
