A very seamless process. The communication was top tier and being able to get help with questions essentially immediately with the number I was texting made me feel much better about being approved. I did pay for the 4-6 day timeframe, mailed me documents on Friday and received my passport by that Wednesday. very much so recommend if you are tight on time like myself

Passport renewal for medical emergency
I had to renew my passport to go help my mom when she got injured on her trip. HelloGov took a part of this stressful situation and made it so easy and streamlined. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. From the way they walk you through the process to the availability of real people to help to the monitoring of everything, all of it made this the least stressful part of getting overseas.

Initially it was confusing, but ended up just fine. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the cost. My husband went in and it was $300 less and very quick!

Charged $500!!! Went into USPO and their/my application form was immediately denied by acceptance personnel based on being hellogov, official was trained by state department officials that hellogov was on their top 5 listing of scam artists the day before!
The US government does NOT expedite period!

Don't waste your money
This place is not "technically" a scam, but they are charging nearly 200 dollars for something you can do yourself very easily and for free. The $197 is going entirely to this company and not to the actual passport fees at all! Just go to the post office, they have staff there to help you who will do a much better job than any AI assistant garbage.
