I struggled through the website and got very frustrated when I could not scan my finished paperwork. Carlos called me to calm me down and help me finish the process. I am happy to report I have received my updated passport well within the promised time. The 4 stars rating was for the difficulty I encountered with scanning . I would recommend this service and a big shout out to Carlos, a 5 star employee.

I had a great experience with HelloGov! There was a hiccup with my email address, so I didn't receive my welcome email to complete the application process right away. They helped figure out what the issue was, and I still got my passport in time for my trip. I was worried about timing, so the updates in processing along the way were so great!

Worth Every Penny!
Very easy to follow instructions and "handholding" throughout the process. Loved that progress of my order was provided in real time. Thank goodness for Hellogov as shipper dropped the ball & I was able to save expedited delivery because Hellogov had all the shipper's information listed.
