The ease of booking and moving in was very efficient. We did have a few minor maintenance issues with the apartment and I was at first frustrated since I thought for the money they charge that someone would have inspected the apartment prior to move in and would have noticed the few issues... however I am very impressed that as soon as I contacted them via their app to bring the matters to their attention they were extremely fast to respond and the issues were fixed immediately. I have never had such quick convenient service.

I have used Landing for more than two years and overall I’m quite satisfied with the experience. As with any service not everything goes as planned but for me what is important is how the service team responds. Responses are generally prompt and with care to resolve whatever the issue as best they can. Recently the issue was the agreement between Landing and the building I was living in ended likely because the building increased rent by a substantial amount (though I don’t know this for sure). Anyway while this is difficult Manager Aaron Fazekas was particularly helpful and as I said I’m satisfied with the outcome. For anyone looking for a furnished apartment without signing a long term lease I would absolutely recommend Landing.

This is my first time renting through Landing. I booked a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Falconhead for just over a month for my home move, checked in last night to an active water leak from the ceiling in the entryway and the apartment covered in live and dead bugs. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the emergency number to be told that maintenance would be calling within 15 minutes to fix the water leak but that nothing could be done about the insects for 2 days. They offered to let me stay in a separate unit temporarily- I went and checked it and it was also covered in bugs. It’s now been over 9 hours since I was told maintenance would be calling for the water leak and I’ve still heard nothing. I have never experienced anything like this - and now I’m stuck for a month in a disgusting apartment that was advertised as for an “executive stay” - be warned don’t EVER use this company

I don't know where to begin so I'll be blunt. Go to a hotel. I've had nothing but issues. We are here for a few months waiting on housing. You can't see the unit that you're paying for. Nothing was painted. Nothing was cleaned up. Not the floors, the walls were all scuffed up, a large open crack in the ceiling. You can't use the Amazon lockers unless someone gives you a code and the off site manager is hit or miss. The app on occasion works. No real communication. Text messages go w out responses and I receive a text back stating that the service is temporarily unavailable and to please try again later. The Amazon locker issue is a big problem in itself. All carriers use these lockers and you need codes for each item. If it's an Amazon pkg you can call them. But if it's not. And you're going through Landing. You're locked out and must wait on the off site manager. Who may or may not contact you back. The pillows and bed soiled. The pillows were replaced but I had to wait once again on the off site manager. People forget that one pays a lot of money up front. There should be very minimal wait time as everyone has a family as well. This is a paid service. I strongly suggest ever using this service. This place should have been overlooked as well as repainted. My husband found children's clothing as well. Place was filthy. After having to put off the cleaning and paint that should have been done before we came here. And asking after we were settled in after moving from out of state exhausted. My text was not responded to. Bug issues as well. Putting in tickets for pest control weekly because you're not allowed to deal w anyone from this community. Just the off site manager. I'm also being told that I'm the only person that this has happened to. I very much doubt that. This is unacceptable. We've been here for 2 weeks and I'm counting the days to leave...

This is way better than an air bnb. It's seamless to book and the instructions when you get here are perfect. The opportunity to book something in an amenity building makes it way more enjoyable. They had everything needed in the apartment, felt right at home. I had internet issues and someone came by that day to help fix it. The bed was actually comfortable, the staff in the building treated me like a long term tenant too.

Apartment was clean, well located and had a great pool. It was less than the local hotels and nicer.

Ricardo and Reyna handled our reservation with great skill. We had to change the size of our unit from 2 beds to 1 bed to be on the first floor. Reyna handled all this knowing exactly what I needed to do and what my options were in terms of rates.

One Club Apartments in Gulf Shores, Alabama is incredible!! Recently stayed here with my family and the 2 BR-2 Bath was spacious and clean! Keyless entry with phone made it easy. The apartments had so many amenities and the pools were wonderful. Location was close to (10-25 mins) Foley, Gulf Shores Beach & Orange Beach ! Quiet neighbors and great parking, definitely better than hotels in the area. Highly recommend !

I have stayed with Landing in Las Vegas, NV for the past few years. Chris ,the area general manager, has always been quick to respond and help with any issues I may have encountered during my stay. His customer service centered attitude is unparalleled and the reason I’ve continued my stay with Landing.

Absolute false advertising. They say that the manager lives on site?? Where has the manager been in the past 5 days when my kitchen sink backed up, water is now pouring out of my sink and diswashwer and I've literally spent 4 hours on their "emergency hotline" to get something fixed with zero results. $4k per month for a place that is now becoming a health hazard. They promise 24 hour response. I'm now 120 hours into my wait period. 5 "service tickets" later and I'm now walking in dishwater in my apartment. An asbolute joke. Will be litigating for a refund.

It was a nice place to stay. Everything was clean and looked great. Only had a couple of suggestions. Would have been nice to have like salt and pepper provided and maybe a small table outside on the patio to set your coffee on. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The apartment is simple light filled and gorgeous.
The neighborhood is safe and vibrant.
The beds being Temperpedic are a standout!
As I own an AirBnB myself, I will point out a few small problems for you:
- The process of using Clear for verification of identity was not accepting our faces and really upset us.
-there was no clear communication about who would meet us upon arrival; we had to make several phone calls.
The desk gave us a map and only one key for a two bedroom apartment. We had trouble understanding the use of the key for days until we figured it out.
We had to walk back to the office to get the code for the WiFi the afternoon we entered.
I am still unclear about where Amazon will deliver my packages, and what the lockers are about.
In the apartment I appreciated all the nice new linens! You forgot to include a few dishtowels or something to clean spills (the paper towels were not up to that). I purchased sponges, but there should have been at least one from the start.
All you bathroom products are agreeable.
The apartment was very nicely cleaned for us, however the main cream colored rug is quite dirty.
There is a throw on the couch that is completely ruined with a huge tear.
In summary, the apartment is perfect for us. We are here for medical reasons, awaiting an operation.

Great communication along every step of the way. From booking a room to checkin and ensuring my stay was pleasant after I checked in. Amanda Young ensured that I was pleased with my room and stay at the Solace at Ballpark Village community.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been using the landing network for 4+ years cumulatively, and never, not once during a stay have things gone to plan. Customer service representatives are hard to reach and rarely helpful. Once in the unit, maintenance requests and package retrieval are like pulling teeth. On one instance, I was told that the unit I was renting would not have its lease renewed, and that I would need to vacate the unit immediately. Most recently, landing admitted to botching my reservation after I had completed the required verification process prior to taking tenancy of the unit within their set timeframe. Despite having all complete and pertinent information, Landing failed to verify me leading up to the date of arrival, and would not issue me access to the unit I paid for, leaving me stranded after a cross-country drive at 9:30pm. The kicker? Landing charged me for the unit I was never given access to. As it was a Friday, I selected a hotel to stay at for the weekend, hoping to resolve the issue once offices reopened on Monday. I requested reimbursement for the hotel stay to which landing stated that there would be no reimbursement for their mishap. STEER CLEAR of this complete and utter scam of a company.

Landing has some great highlights, but definitely has some cons.
Pros: newer complexes furnished with just about everything that you need. Locations can be really good.
Cons: their flex option is fundamentally a scam. When you book the flex option, it starts a billing cycle, which is different from you actually stay. If your stay overlaps with a new billing cycle, you will be charged a new cycle with no added benefits - additionally, if you try to cancel before the new cycle, but are still in a Landing space you will still be charged. It basically acts like a membership fees in the form of monthly payment. This scenario isn't covered well even in the fine print. BTW, their app and customer service are very sub-par.
