From the moment we checked in until the…

From the moment we checked in until the time we left, everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated every request with professionalism and kindness.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a relaxing environment. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.

The location was convenient, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly felt valued as guests and will absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was a very nice and clean!

It was a very nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Everything was brand new. The space was completely optimized. Area felt safe and clean. We got the entrance information a few hours prior to our arrival which makes it feel more convenient. The customer service was very fast and responsive.
It had many amenities but! The fobs didnt work on Evolve gym. Also the dryer didnt work well. We were 6 people but the dinning set was for 4. Unfortunately the customer service was not able to address these issues during my stay.
Overall, it was very good! So! It is recommended!

5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 amazing experience

Anything less than five stars would not be acceptable, and that is after our original unit had trouble with the AC. They immediately moved us to another unit. They were so accommodatin. They did it so nicely, so professionally, and so friendly. Their process made it so simple, like texting me with the new unit data and sign in details, so I wasn't looking it up in emails.
GREAT JOB. i'm a fan for life.

Great communication!

I stayed at Livano Oakwood for two weeks and absolutely enjoyed my stay. I loved the private balcony and the peaceful overlook. Landing’s communication was swift and they handled everything accordingly. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. Only downside: I added two extra nights and was quoted a certain price by the representative, but I was later charged almost $80 more than what I was quoted. Other than that, I definitely recommend Landing! I’ll be booking again!

It is situated in a quiet location

It is situated in a quiet location and is fully equipped with every necessity; you even receive a welcome kit upon arrival. It has everything needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen, the laundry facilities, and the bedrooms—everything is wonderful. They even offer doorstep trash collection. The team is attentive and available whenever you need them; they have responded to my inquiries in less than two minutes. It is also conveniently located near a supermarket. It is excellent.

I was referred to Hello Landing by a…

I was referred to Hello Landing by a friend who was moving from California to Peru and needed a short-term place in between. Within 24 hours, I had a place, was approved, moved in, with no hiccups! Everything was there when I arrived, from a vaccum and broom to all the shampoo / washer pods / etc. for my first week there. Highly recommend!

Landing is a Great place to Stay, but their service stands out more.

Landing is a great place to stay for short or long term. We’ve stayed in about five different Landing units in various areas of Indianapolis for short term stays. The units are always of quality and comfortable, much higher than other platform places. But one of the best aspects is the service, from their support line to the local manager Aaron Rawlins, who always responds quickly to any issues or requests, often going out of his way to make sure we are happy and accommodated. Would highly recommend booking a stay at Landing, you’ll soon be looking forward to your next stay!
