I am working with Letio as a private Landlord and have an excellent and smooth experience! Mark explained everything to me and supervise the whole cooperation. Zoubida made the onboarding documentation so easy. Nith handled the whole process of finding all the contractors for renovating the apartment. Letio offers a service which is professional but also fairly priced and for me it was key that they offer a complete service. I do recommend!

I'm a Landlord and I rented out my property with Letio in March 2025. Tabrez was very quick to reach out to us with information after our initial enquiry and since I was traveling at the time, he scheduled a video call with him and Mark to discuss a possible letting strategy. The team is very attentive, hands-on, and pleasant to engage with. Even after securing tenants, Thanushan, was very helpful with ensuring a smooth transition from the former tenants to the incoming ones. I'm very glad that I chose to work with Letio and feel like my property is in good hands.

I thank Letio for removing all the stress and worries that a landlord goes through to get the right tenant. The whole experience has been excellent from the 360 degree walk through video, which presented the property in an excellent manner, to all the legal requirements. They took care of all the necessary paperwork involved and got the certifications in place.
Mark and his team provided me with a timely personal and very professional service. Even took a well documented and photographed inventory and made the whole experience well worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I used Letio to re-let my flat in autumn 2024. I was quite nervous having had a bad experience with a letting agent beforehand. I did my homework on rates and found that Letio came in low-mid market - not the super cheapest (which is where my bad experience had come from) but much more competitive compared to other high street letting agents.

It was a great decision and it's hard for me to fault Mark and his team. It's clear Mark is very passionate about the business and he took great care of me from the beginning. They found me new tenants extremely quickly, and advised me on negotiating the contracts. Since moving in, i have found them very responsive in responding to requests. I have also found the formality of reporting incidents and work needed to be very thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We are renting our flat with Letio. They are combination of lower pricing of online real estate, but offer in person approach of small family feel firm. Reached promissed premium and their fees are fixed. No hidden money grap. Couldn't believe it for few months after expierence with other high street realtors.
