Easy ordering, fast shipping, product exceeds expectations and my partner is enjoying the Lem experience.

I purchased a lemon, I did not feel it gave me the experience that was described and it was not a personal good fit. I requested a return with in the 30 days. The company offered a credit of 110% towards a new product. I wanted the refund. So after a few days of thier deliberation they offered a 50% refund. I am giving 4 starts because the response was good, but the policy of 30 days was not fully adhered to.

All the site reviews were accurate. The lemon is small, quiet, and powerful. Totally worth the price and a great addition to any toy collection.

I ordered the lemon and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, after a few months it stopped working ( probably from over use 🤣). I contacted customer service and they made it so easy to get a replacement because it was still under warranty. I even asked if I could switch to the avacado because I heard it had a stronger suction. They made the transaction so easy and followed up on the process every step of the way. Oh boy the 🥑 was absolutely amazing! The amount of pleasure yo will feel is incredible. I may need to stock up and try them all!! You won’t regret the purchase! I’m a forever customer.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I attempted to request a refund within one hour of delivery—before even using the product—and have received no response despite multiple attempts to reach customer service. Being completely ignored after such a prompt and reasonable request is frustrating and unacceptable.

Clear communication and basic customer support should be expected, especially when a customer acts quickly. At this point, the lack of response feels like being ghosted. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they significantly improve their responsiveness and return handling.
