Prima wanted proof of my no claims…
Prima wanted proof of my no claims bonus. Didn't think this was a thing anymore? Surely nowadays all this info. can be accessed online by insurance companies without the individual having to provide this information? It feels like I'm back in the 1990s!
After I'd provided the NCB evidence there was no acknowledgment back from Prima to say they now had all the information they needed. No policy documents were sent through to me. I then had to chase up twice before someone finally sent me through the policy docs

I found it easy to navigate the system and see what I was getting for my money. It was great that you told me that if I was booking the premium cover I did not need additional breakdown cover as it was included.
It saved me a mere £2.00 but the it made me feel like you were being open and helpful and therefore trustworthy

Lost documents and windscreen replacement
I lost my docs and they emailed them out to me straight away and helped me navigate my windscreen repair. Booking and claiming was so easy, would definitely recommend

Surita was great very helpful and did what I asked.
Shame company feels they have to charge admin fees for every single change when done on line!!!
Guidance didn't help
I had a quote from Compare the Market and when I transferred to Prima I got an error message. The guidance I got was to get another quote from the comparison site - which I kept doing but didn't solve the problem

10/10 up to now!
New policy so time will tell but really happy up to now. I changed car before the first payment and the process was very quick and straightforward. The advisor Olive was knowledgeable and friendly. I did it by WhatsApp so didn’t have to wait on hold to speak to anyone. The new quote was £45 cheaper too. 10/10 up to now

Didn't honour quote price.
Got a quote through a comparison website. Received an email direct from Prima confirming the price and expiry date of the quote. When I tried to purchase the insurance it would not go through. On calling Prima they told me the quote had expired (6 days before the date on the email quote) but couldn't tell me why, and that I would have to get a new quote.

No communication whatsoever.
First time I insured my car with them last year, my premium has gone up by £65 this year! I've emailed them to ask why, they said they would get back to me, they didn't, they just sent another email saying thanks for insuring with us next year! Not one reply to my email.
