SmartCurtains = Best Purchase EVER

Just tried their newest SmartCurtain device, and I am happily surprised. I was skeptical of the quality (and honestly if I even needed this), but this has seriously changed my entire morning routine...I have blackout curtains, and it's really hard for me to wake up in the morning, but now my curtains wake me up with sunlight! I also love how it hides behind my curtains, so it doesn't compromise my aesthetic/ decor. I honestly will recommend to all my friends plus buy more!

I can't say enough great things about…

I can't say enough great things about the Hello RYSE Smart Shades! As a renter, finding smart home upgrades that don’t require drilling or replacing existing fixtures can be tough. But RYSE made it effortless to convert my existing roller shades into fully automated smart shades that work seamlessly with Apple HomeKit.

Installation was a breeze—no need for complex wiring or permanent modifications, which is perfect for renters like me. Within minutes, I had my shades connected and operating through my phone and voice commands. The ability to schedule them to open and close throughout the day has been a total game-changer for comfort and convenience.

Beyond functionality, the sleek design blends seamlessly with my apartment decor, and the performance has been flawless. If you're looking for a smart home upgrade that won't compromise your lease, this is the perfect solution. Highly recommend!

Although it seems to be a good product

Although it seems to be a good product, the specs should mention that it only works for quit light roller blades system - I installed the Ryze on sun block roller 95” wide and 98” long and it could not function : the mechanic was not strong enough to pull the chain and the whole system was jumping out of the cradle anyway due to the weight to pull . Again this should be mention - Be aware before buying

Love the Ryse SmartShade!

The Ryse SmartShade was very easy to install. The motor appears to be very strong and quiet. The app works great to raise and lower the shade. I did realize the Smartbridge is going to be needed to automate the shade with schedules and to use the home assistants like Alexa, Google or Homekit. But to just use the shade you can raise and lower it with the Ryse app via bluetooth connection or just touching the front of the Ryse SmartShade module. I am going to purchase the Smartbridge for the scheduling features and Alexa integration convenience. The battery isn’t needed if you have a nearby electrical outlet to plug in the included power cord that could be discreetly hidden and even painted over with the wall color like I did but if not, the battery would be a nice option. Overall I’m really enjoying this SmartShade unit and it’s a great addition to my other smarthome features such as smart wall switches, plugin on/off modules and dimmers for lamps and appliances.

Ordered 2 months ago and haven’t received my order. Was told 4 weeks ago that it would be here in 5/6 days. When I track order says it hasn’t even left yet. Very poor communication. Be careful ordering from these guys. €600 order and nothing arrived. Bit worried now this is a scam.

I had another brand of blind remote but it would slip and grind when trying to open my very large, heavy, room darkening shade. The new RYSE opener works so much better. I love having our shades open during the day and these make it possible and easy to

Great product and concept

Great product and concept. Love the idea of setting routines for automatic opening and closing of my curtains. Installation was very simple but the metal strips to cover the rod sections was not the best. Would love to see a different solution.

Product never came

I was really excited about trying out the product, and followed up after 2 weeks because I didn't receive anything still. The product never moved into the shipping phase and the support team didn't do much to help. At least I'm in the process of getting a refund. Disappointing!

Hi Hedda, we are very sorry for your experience. After investigating your order, it seems the package was marked as picked up from our warehouse, but that the courier did not update the tracking details so package was deemed lost in transit. A reshipment was offered and declined on your end. However, we are glad we were able resolve this issue with a full refund.

Once again, we apologize for this experience.
