Order from this company for the very first time. Unfortunately there was a delivery hiccup (guessing by the currier). So I emailed the company to inform them and ask if there's anything they could help with. Even though it was weekend they have responded within couple of hours! They were very helpful, replies were super fast, offered replacement, even added a little gift. I couldn't be happier with their customer service - absolutely amazing!
