Don't trust they have your best interests at heart

I've been getting birth control through them for years because I can't always get an appointment with my OBGYN everytime I need a new prescription, she won't write me more than 6 months worth at a time even if I've been using it for years. They suddenly wanted to change me to a birth control that I've had issues with in the past. When I pushed back, they suddenly cancelled, now I'm scrambling to get what I need in before my old prescription runs out. This is frustrating.

Excellent service

Excellent service, I would highly recommend this service to others. My doctor’s office was unresponsive and I was out of medication for 2 weeks. Wisp came through and I was able to get my meds within 24hrs.

No unnecessary hoops, no long waits—just clear questions, fast review, and timely treatment.

As someone who understands what appropriate care looks like, I really appreciated how seamless and respectful the process was. It felt efficient without feeling rushed, and I got exactly what I needed when I needed it.

I’m beyond frustrated with this…

I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I paid for a prescription refill and have been stuck in an endless loop of answering the SAME questions over and over again since yesterday morning. It honestly feels like no one is actually reviewing anything—just automated responses wasting my time.

Meanwhile, my prescription still hasn’t been filled, and I’ve gotten zero real help or resolution. If you’re going to take people’s money, the bare minimum is to provide the service you promised.

At this point, it feels like a scam or, at best, extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Thank You Wisp!

Extremely fast and efficient healthcare for women. Getting birth control is so easy, and they have always accepted my requests for early shipments so that I can skip periods. Doctors are very quick to respond and send in prescriptions, which has been so helpful for UTIs.

they prescribed me the wrong medicine and i got sick...

wisp prescribed me the wrong birth control when i first used this service and charged me $90 before ever sending me medication. after this was sorted with their care team (which took 4 days for a response), not only did i not receive a refund, but they charged me an additional $120 to write a new prescription even though they were at fault for the initial mess up. so now, i'm out $210 with a one-month supply of birth control.

well, guess what? their care team, again, sent me a different birth control than i had requested and had my primary care doctor's approval to take.

i believe they receive commission by pushing specific brands of birth control, and i unfortunately had a bad medical reaction to the jencycla from this company because i was not supposed to be on that medication.

i did reach out to discuss my symptoms with the prescriber of my meds or even to just chat with a nurse, after 2 days i received a message asking me to confirm that i wanted a refill for an additional $120.

luckily i was able to deny the charge, but i'm pretty upset that i was not allowed to talk to the person who had prescribed me this medication in the first place. why am i not able to contact the prescribing doctor?

i really would not recommend using wisp for reproductive care because their system is designed to fail women without any accountability on their end, and it doesn't seem trustworthy at all that you can't contact the prescribing doctor.

Do not trust that the medication you…

Do not trust that the medication you order is the medication you will recieve. I ordered a 6-month supply of Sprintec; however, I received a generic version. Yes, technically, they are the same; however, I have had issues with the generic version. When I reached out to Wisp, they told me that this was the discretion of their partner pharmacy. They should have reached out if the medication I ordered was not in stock and let me decide if I want the generic version or not. But instead they shipped what they wanted and charged my card.

Wisp was a total lifesaver

Wisp was a total lifesaver. I got a UTI on vacation in the US from Canada, and felt so helpless. I found Wisp online, gave my info, and had a prescription within an hour. I also received a prescription discount card from Wisp for Walgreens, so my prescription was 75% less. Thank you so much Wisp. I wish we had this in Canada.

I love that I can get what I need…

I love that I can get what I need without having to drive all the way into the doctor’s office for a visit. I know what is going on based on past experiences, so it’s really so convenient to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy so I can start treatment sooner than making an appointment and waiting. The questions Wisp asks a are super easy to answer, and I love how quickly a provider reviews my request and messages me back.

I’m very disappointed with this…

I’m very disappointed with this service. My medication was never received, and when I finally did get it, it was not delivered on time. This is very concerning, especially when it comes to something as important as medication. I expected better reliability and communication. I hope this issue gets resolved because this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! They took my $150 had a computer issue that assigned my spouses information to my test and threw it away. Then they told me to create a new account and purchase a new 150 test. Extremely poor customer service, especially for a health based company. Super shady!
