1st time submitting tax return was so overwhelmed and in stepped Emilyp she just offered sound advice but rather than just doing everything she literally empowered me by showing me how the task could be completed so i am now able to deal with thwm in the future Emilyp your a superstar

I initially enquired on Friday, heard back the next day, and was fully onboarded by Monday morning... incredibly quick and efficient. The onboarding call was clear and he took the time to explain everything properly without overcomplicating things.

What has impressed me most was their integrity. After reviewing my situation, they proactively told me a Self Assessment wasn’t actually required and offered a refund for the service I’d already paid for... something I'm not sure many firms would do.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect going into my first onboarding call, but Alkis Michael from Helpbox UK put me right at ease. He didn't waffle or overcomplicate things — just told me what I needed to know, answered my questions and made sure I knew exactly what the next steps were. After a very frustrating experience elsewhere, HelpboxUK took over my account and got me up and running in just under 3 weeks. In my experience, the difference was immediate.

Before that, Clever Accounts had 4 month almost, and only managed to register the company and get my VAT number in place.
