The whole process so far with helpbox…

The whole process so far with helpbox has been really good, I've had a number of conversations with Molly who has highlighted the key areas of the service that they offer.
And they have been patient and understanding, particularly considering my neurodivergence and I'm looking forward to working with them

The discovery call from Ash and the…

The discovery call from Ash and the onboarding call with Lilia were super-smooth. Highly impressed with both of their service so far. A good 24 hours quicker than the other 2 competitors I reached out too. Both very insightful and thoughtful too.

Overall poor experience with extremely sloppy communication and requiring frequent chasing for basic things. Not at all the professional and experienced picture I was "sold" by Michelle.

So far my experience with Helpbox has been pretty poor. Every encounter I've had with them so far has involved lots of confusion, miscommunication, and requiring lots of follow up on my end as work done has been sloppy and inaccurate, or simply not be done at all. This is my first year as a Helpbox customer and I am increasingly losing trust in them, more so after every interaction I have. Let's just say NOTHING has been straightforward or easy. I was very impressed after my initial call with Michelle who gave a great sales pitch for using them as my accountants. However, unfortunately so far my experience has been night and day from the picture she painted. I would recommend avoiding, as so far Helpbox has been nothing but a headache to deal with.

In safe hands
