The log in and passwords given me…
The log in and passwords given me haven't worked. I've had 2 different ones attempted. I have tried multiple times over multiple days to raise someone on the phone to no avail. There is no online chat option-leaving email communication which is very drawn out. I have asked multiple time to simply give me a refund and that's apparently not an option either even though the website advertises to the contrary. My whole experience has been so poor that if I could leave less than one star I would. In fact, I feel like I'm owed stars.

Switch and Bait
I experienced a problem the connection of helpful downloads and when asked for assistance for billing I was denied and have an unrealistic policy to obtain this product. I have moved into a different direction are several attempts and an error message. I finally called Microsoft support, which is not affiliated with program.
I am requesting a full refund after my nightmare. Thank you in advance.

I was extremely satisfied with my download. I lost my copy of a 2010 Office and was looking to replace it with an old version because all of my work was saved from an older version. I could not afford the new 365 that Microsoft is advertising.
