Quick and Easy
The purchase process was quick and easy and the download arrives in your inbox in just a few minutes. My only issue is that all of my purchases are not reflected on my account and I'm trying to figure out what subscriptions I purchased exactly but I can't find invoice.

The password that I was given did not…
The password that I was given did not work… Taking 12 steps to download something is just too tedious and difficult… should be able to just “click on a link”… still not able to download my product after about a week when Matt called to see if I was able to download the product... I was at work at the time, so he set up a time for someone to call me at 4:00pm... Emanuel called me at exactly 4:00pm and helped me download the product successfully... Very Professional Company... I would recommend them for any needs that you may have.

Your product was impossible to use
Your product was impossible to use. I could not open the product and instructions were not understandable. I would certainly not recommend it to anyone except a seasoned and knowledgeable user.

technical help was slow
I needed assistance with download. After calling several times and leaving several messages and emails, I was able to schedule an appointment, they didn't respond at the time they set up. But, they finally called and got the program downloaded.
It was a frustrating experience. But they finally responded and got it taken care of.
I was very thankful.
