Great platform - had a cleaner accept my job in less than an hour, very good service at a competitive rate. I am not sure how much the platform pays the cleaners, I hope they get a fair rate. Flat was spotless and very friendly cleaner.

Not happy about the app or website. Can't do much with it, and no changes to an unconfirmed booking. I haven't even had a cleaner yet and had to contact customer service 3x already. No place to put referral codes in the app or mobile site, again had to contact support. Sighh... all this time spent trying to get a cleaner I could have cleaned the house myself!

I found a good cleaner via the platform and I am happy with my first clean. However, the platform can be improved as the interfaces are not helping when you need to do changes to your requests. I hope this will be taken on board as a constructive feedback, as I found it difficult to connect with somebody for support while trying to cancel request.

It's OK, but would appreciate to have more flexibility for how often I want my clean g to be. Currently it's just weekly or bi-weekly. Monthly would be nice too.

The concept is good and useful, however the app has so much going wrong with it that needs immediate improvement. Not being able to delete booking requests yourself is the main issue. To have anything deleted, even pending requests, you need to message customer service which is a huge pain and is not always very responsive and quick.
The search results for cleaners is also lacking, most of the time I can't find any cleaners, even though if I wait a few days someone within my requirements will assign themselves to my booking, so where were they when I was searching to request to start with?
In addition, having a look at invoices - the company takes quite a lot from the total payment. For example, from a £29 payment, the cleaner only gets £20; £8 goes to a service fee, and a platform/support fee... and considering the platform is not very technical and you are unable to make any changes through the app, I'm not sure what this fee is going to.

My cleaner this time was great. I find Helpling to be very expensive but worthwhile if I’m desperate
Better to get someone through a local advert or recommendation so that you are paying direct.
Helpling works for me if my regular help is away.
