Is easy to get a cleaning job here in Helping.de

I had experience in cleaning job in my country and when l first came to Europe too in 2013.

I like the simplicity and that I don't have to commit to a regular subscription service.

It was nice working through this platform, when I work in work from my heart, if I clean I clean like my home so the perfection is Very important for me. This platform helps me to improve a lot and I refer everyone to use this app.

I am using helpling from a very long time and it is an amazing service for people who are busy and like to be in a clean space.
The cleaners are mostly professional, on time and freindly.
I have had a bad expereince with 1 cleaner but Helpling team was very helpful and gave me refund for that cleaning.

Nice, simple, and good options

The service does not solve any of client issues and requests.

1) there was a problem with water in the building that I did not know in advance
2) cleaner that call late at the evening asking to shift booking to earlier time, then coming late 50 min, putting slippers on my dining table, claiming that I do not have cleaning products when there is everything available, claiming that I do not cloves for cleaning his size and so on.

With all of that I decided to cancel my booking and wrote to support.

Meanwhile full amount of money was charged from me while cleaner was at my home 10-15 min. (I do not mind to pay 1h BTW).

After that we received a call from cleaner yelling and threatening that if I won’t pay full amount of money I will have big problems and will pay even more.

This is that kind of situation that service should solve, and they prefer to keep hands off.

Results:
- minus more then 100 Euro for work that was not done
- day spent on communication with help center
- spend nerves

First time user of helpling.
My current cleaning lady is sick and I looked for a temporary replacement. The website of helpling is clear and appealing so I have it a try. With the selection and onboarding there are some tricks which push you towards high prices. I submitted my request two weeks in advance, got someone that accepted it who was strangely above the price bracket (28.60 €/hour) that I had entered (I had a price bracket of (20 - 26 €/hour). However I wanted to try it. The person contacts me, sends me a detailed list of products he needs. I purchase it. Helpling also recommends to be there the whole time the first time. So, I take half a day off. And then a day before the agreed date, the cleaner asks to postpone because he is out of town. He doesn't cancel, because if you cancel last minute they get compensated. So, I contact customer service and explain my case. They put a new request on their portal. However with 24 hours to go, no one accepts. Hence, no cleaner and a bad experience richer. Strange that you as customer need to pay penalty for canceling but cleaners can just do what they want. Helpling first line customer service is an AI bot that immediately says that it knows how frustrating it is. Guess the LLM statics is used to frustration of customers. Then you can prompt a real person but online between 8:00 - 17:00. Something the cleaner was also experienced with because communication was always after 17:00 hence you need to wait another day to get some resolution.
So, no satisfactory result. The search continues...

I was truly impressed with the cleaning service. He was very friendly, polite, and discreet, while working with incredible precision and attention to detail. The results were excellent – everything was spotless and perfectly done. He is clearly overqualified, but still approaches the work with professionalism and dedication. I can recommend him wholeheartedly and would be happy to book him again.

I loved how simple and easy it was to find a cleaning service. Perfect for people who don’t have the time.

Very reliable app.

Cleaner didn't know how to clean and didn't listen to instructions. Quality was bad, I can't believe they just let anyone sign up with no quality control.
