Great to see the profiles of the available cleaners. For my first cleaning they were able to find someone nice and hard working even though my initial choices were not available.

Be ware that using the platform got charged of Euro 35, written in LONG terms and conditions instead of the checking out. It is a bit misleading and surprise to me. So it added up the bill for one-time service a lot. The cleaner is not really good too (although it scored 5)

I was really pleased with my previous cleaner from Helpling - when she decided to stop working with Helpling it was useful to get the email and link to find a new cleaner directly from Helpling, however there don't seem to be too many cleaners in my area.

I'm happy with the service, customer care has always sending messages and available to help any time.
In my view, one point to improve is how the app works, I had tried to cancel and edit my appointments and was not able to do it, but fortunately the customer care had helped me with it.

Alexandra is a real life savior and did a very good job on cleaning our home. Alexandra is very independent and cleaned everything thoroughly and according to our wishes and needs. We were very impressed, because this was the first time at our house. Apart from the cleaning, Alexandra is also a very kind and warmharted person.
