Great selection, amazing help

Visited Help Medical today to replace a worn Cpap mask for my husband.
Eric was refreshingly knowledgeable and helpful, and spent all the time we needed to get exactly what we needed.
The selection was great, but Eric is what will keep us coming back to Help Medical

Unbelievably efficient medical supply…

Unbelievably efficient medical supply company! Customer service was easy to reach; my concerns were addressed and served very quickly. Nick made it easy for me to ask for favors like asking for a Canadian currency quote and invoice. The products i bought were the best-priced i could find online and they were promptly shipped too! Perfect score from me.

Very amazing

Where do I begin. As soon as you step off the elevator your greeted with smiles. Then Eric came in a very timely manner. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was having a bad day and could not find what I was looking for. But he had it and made sure I had my supplies. I highly recommend.

Nick was exceptional. After weeks of searching for the portable oxygen concentrator, he had me taken care of in minutes and we received it the following day. I can’t thank him and this company enough.

Thank you twice over

Thank you twice over for your fast service. I ordered a CPAP and it came in three business days. It broke. I put my defective CPAP in the mail last Friday and received a new and complete setup with the warming hose and cord in three business days! I never expected a full kit! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I will sleep tonight.
Everyone is happy around here!

Bad Policies

It's 2022 and they use Covid as an excuse not to take unopened returns. I understand not wanting to take opened product but these medical products take scissors to open there is no reason for a policy like this even if Covid was still a major concern. If it's safe enough to send unopened it's safe enough to return that way.

WARNING

WARNING - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. I place an order for two Inogen batteries ($750) on their website. There was no notice they were out of stock, and these batteries were needed for an upcoming trip. They sent me a confirmation saying they were getting my order ready to be shipped. The next day I received a notice that they were out of stock and the batteries would not be shipped for 26 days. The customer service rep suggested I look elsewhere, and call them to cancel if I got the batteries elsewhere. I did find them elsewhere, and they were shipped to me in 2 days. I wanted to receive these batteries to be sure before canceling my Help Medical order. However, on Friday 4 days after my original order Help shipped the batteries. I got the first shipment on Saturday, and of course I could not cancel the Help order since it was a weekend. I called them Monday and was told they have a NO RETURNS policy on all products sold. I never received any information on their policy in any order, confirmation, or during the order process. It is buried on their website, but you will never see it unless you go looking for it. The customer rep was curt and dismissive on the phone. BEWARE HELP MEDICAL. There are many better suppliers with reasonable return policies and much more customer service orientation.

We fulfilled your order in a faster time frame then we thought we could and you never called to cancel your order. So we shipped your order. ( you also cannot cancel an order after it is delivered because the order had been completed at that point)
We did nothing wrong in this situation.
Our shipping and returns policy is at the top of the home page for everyone to review not buried in the webpage.

Advertisement was Very Misleading !!!

Help Medical shows what options that you get and the advertisement was very misleading. In my opinion it was false advertising. The company was not willing to assist in the mistake at all. Poor customer service.

The photo shows items you can purchase separately to use with this item. We have a very clear description written on the listing that states what is included in the box.
When speaking to the manager you admitted that you did not read the listing and now are stating we made an error which we did not. Therefore their is nothing for us to correct.

I ordered filters for my Inogen One G3…

I ordered filters for my Inogen One G3 1-4 LPM and received the filters for the later version. In trying to resolve the issue, a second set of the wrong filters were sent. After numerous calls, the problem persists and my calls are no longer returned. I do not recommend this supplier.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I am out $$$. I wish I had read the many negative reviews on them. They immediately replied to my order asking for either a prescription or an id. Id's not proper for obtaining a concentrator. They promptly responded to my prescriptions. That should have been my alert. After receiving my prescriptions they immediately created a UPS Ground shipping ticket and I got an update from UPS with two notices regarding shipments from India. I did not want any shipment from India and attempted to contact the company by email and phone calls the same day which went unanswered for about 23 hours. Later the same day they shipped the item. Now will only refund 80% of purchase price, and they inaccurately calculated the amount--even if only by pennies. Find a responsive company.

We are happy to respond to your incorrect review of our company with facts regarding your order.

We reached out to you with a prescription request for your order or for ID as we have found over the last year that many people are not going to their doctors because of fear of coronavirus. So, in order to insure the order is not fraudulent we have asked for ID's to prove the order is legitimate if the customer cannot supply a prescription.
We created the UPS shipment once the prescription was sent as it was then cleared for shipping.
The notices you are referring to were not about your shipment, they were simply on the top of the UPS sites page alerting people that any shipments going to or coming from India will be delayed because of the increased traffic to India with the latest Covid-19 outbreak there. We ship from Staten Island, NY.
We tried to explain that to you but you wanted to cancel your already shipped order. We made an exception to our return policy and called the order back to our facility which in turn incurred us fees so you have been charge the 20% restocking fee. This was relayed to you by or representative which is when you stated we were liars, you didn't care and not so nicely told our representative where to stick our return policy.
We have had multiple phone conversations, emails & chats with you regarding this issue. If their was anytime that you did not get a prompt response it is because we were closed at the time.
As for the refund, your order was $899.90 therefore the refund minus 20% was $719.92 the refunded amount is correct.

Take these reviews with a grain of salt

I have been dealing with this company for about five years. I have never really had an issue with anything that I have ordered. The prices are good. They ship in a reasonable amount of time (I don't need things overnighted) and they have been responsive to my questions. I have never had an issue. I have only dealt with them online, and it has been hassle free. A few time things seemed slow coming to me were the fault of the carrier, not Help Medical.

Incompetent, Unprofessionell, Thieves

I can only warn everybody! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLIQUE OF UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT THIEFS!
Ordered a CPAP mask. Delivery was quick but what u got wasn't a mask but a carrying bag. So I called them and got an email next day that the order was now shipped and a return label emailed to me.
On that return label I'm still waiting!
They also had the address wrong and I was lucky to have received a package at all. Then we started an email correspondence about my address and they were simply too stupid to comprehend, nor even to just copy/paste my address from that correspondence. In that period they created 4! shipping labels, half of them wrong and canceled them all. I demanded a refund and am also still waiting for my money.
Don't, DO NOT, give those folks your money! Buy somewhere else!

If this "company" isnt a scam then why…

UPDATE: After the company making contact after this review they have sent out another sprayer and it is working perfectly.
If this "company" isnt a scam then why dont they answer emails the contact form on their website or even telephone? Totally agree with previous comments they are using covid 19 to sell products that don't work to scared people. To the unscrupulous people behind this company, if you are legitimate then answer emails

We respond to emails anywhere between 24 & 72 hrs as we are a respiratory company and very busy. We are available via phone Mon-Fri. 9am- 9pm EST at 855-435-7144 the main office as well as shipping department is closed on the weekends. We also were closed the last few days due to the blizzard that hit the north east. If you are having an issue please call us directly during office hours.


UPDATE:
We are short staffed due to the pandemic and are trying to respond as soon as possible to all inquiries. The phones are answered during our business hours which are Mon-Fri. 9am- 9pm EST. We obviously are not a fraud company if we fixed the issue you had with your order. We also have no control over something being damaged during shipment which was the case with your order so we are not selling damaged item to "scare people" and find it horrible for you to say such a thing in today climate.

These guys are scam artists. They are using Covid as an excuse to keep your money. RUN!!!!

Use Amazon, stay away from these non caring scammers. I ordered a mask on a Wednesday and paid for 2 day FED EX deliver. I received a confirmation email form HelpMedicalsupplies.com stating that my order had shipped and they gave me a tracking number. 5 days later and still no mask, the FED EX tracking number was initiated but showed no movement. I called their company and was told that it was shipping today-5 days after the order. No excuse, no apology-they just don't care. Gal on the phone was professional, but unapologetic. NOT worth the hassle.
