Rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional

Avoid this company if you need an expensive product like a non invasive ventilator as they only accept wire transfer, leaving you with no protection and leverage at all. They only accept unopened product for return which is ridiculous as how would you know if it is functional or not without opening the box?? On top of that, if you are lucky not opening the box, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

I ordered a Trilogy 100 as my mom is in need of the ventilator. She has never used any ventilator but her doctor prescribed this machine.

First, when I asked them whether a mask is required, they said no and only cannula was required. When I received the product, I found I was unable to use it without a mask. Then I ordered the mask from them. I thought that would be all I need and nobody told me a tubing was required until I found out that I was still unable to use it without the tubing. Given the back and forth and their errors, I decided to return the never used / completely new ventilator. When asking about the return, I was told it cannot be returned as the box is open.

The respiratory therapist Alex is very rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional with no empathy. He kept saying that I did not order the mask from them, which I did! And he kept saying that "most people buy the tubing and mask before the machine" to blame me for their mistakes.

Ordered an AC charger based on their…

Ordered an AC charger based on their web page which shows the charger and the AC power cord, but there was no power cord when it arrived. Wrote a couple times but I am being ignored completely. I would not have ordered if the power cord was not included. They have since added in bold type to the web page that the power cord is not included but they still show the same picture with the cord. It is deceptive advertising. Do not do business with them.

I wouldn't purchase another thing from this company. I ordered pediatric nasal cannulas and all I keep hearing isthat your order is on its way,but Ihaven't seen a thing,now I'm out 10 dollars-not a lot of money but it's the principle. I sent an e-mail and they never had the common courtesy to answer.This company is a fraud

Ordered a new CPAP yesterday at 8:30am and it was delivered at 7:22am this morning. Jeanette was very knowledgable and helpful.
Excellent service, quality products and best price. WOW! ! !

RIP-OFF AND IRRESPONSIBLE

I ordered a specific brand of nasal cannulas for oxygen that I can't get in my area. Help Medical sent a different brand that I don't want and can't use. I telephoned and they said they'd send the correct item and a RMA label. That never arrived. Today I called again, got a run around: they knowingly sent the substitution because they don't have the one I ordered and won't return my money until they get wrong stuff back -- and sent a defective shipping label so they'll probably never get ti. Now they are arguing with me about it. If you get what you ordered, maybe they're ok, but their customer serices is not services it's a RIP-OFF.

This company is a rip-off!!

This company is a rip-off!!! They charged me $78 for a mask then said it was on backorder. The next week Rusty told me it was lost by fed-ex and he would get one shipped out that day.
Here is the email he sent confirming that
As per our conversation, this is to confirm I will either ship a new package to you tomorrow or locate the current one that was sent out for shipping. By tomorrow, February 5th, 2019 you will have the accurate tracking number for your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at Thank you.

I called the 5th was assured the package would be shipped that day and I would have it by Friday.

I called the 6th and talked to Janet who informed me there is no way it could be shipped because it is still on back order!

Waiting to see if I get an actual refund, not just a confirmation email stating it will be refunded!!!

CPAP mask replacement/saved the day!

My husband's CPAP mask broke in his luggage as he flew out to NYC from the West Coast. At midnight on a Friday he asked me if I could find a place that could deliver a new one to his hotel the next day. (He was going to be in meetings all weekend so could not go pick one up.) Within a few hours (2 a.m. my time) Alex from Help Medical contacted me and said they could have a new mask to my husband by midday Saturday. Amazing! Alex kept in contact with me and confirmed when the mask had been delivered to my husband's hotel in midtown. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Help Medical saved my anniversary trip.

I was leaving on a 2 week cruise from NYC when my CPAP died. I called Help Medical because they were near my hotel and Rosti was extremely helpful and very professional. He made sure I had everything necessary for my new CPAP and I was off on my cruise the next morning. I would have had a miserable trip without the machine and Rosti saved my 40th Anniversary trip. The Manhattan office was invaluable in meeting my needs.

If you don't have to buy from them

If you don't have to buy from them, buy from somewhere else!

I ordered a ResMed CPAP machine and SoClean cleaning machine. To make these two machines work together, the user must have an adapter. I mentioned three times about that adapter when I ordered the equipment and the representative repeated yes. However, when the shipment came, that piece was not there. When I called them asking about that piece, they said I didn't order and had to re-order and pay a separate shipping cost. I agreed to re-order but the shipping cost should be on them because it was their mistake of not adding the adapter to the original shipment. They insisted that I have to pay the shipping cost. Why I have to pay your mistake?

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! Horrible experience, will never do business again. They sold me a defective CPAP mask and after 1 use, I requested a replacement which they authorized. It took me a few weeks to return but after waiting for my replacement, I reach out to their customer service (also horrible) and they tell me they trashed the item because it was used. $115 literally in the trash. How can you tell a customer to send the item back with little to now instructions and then trash their mask??

You Suck

I called for help as the connection doesn’t fit. Some girl said she will have her supervisor call me and work it out. Never got that call and will never do business with this Mickey Mouse company ever again
