Jessica Ball was amazing helping me create the best hen weekend for my friend. As everyone knows trying to organise a number of women can be very hard work but Jessica never showed anything but amazing professionalism from start to finish and we had lots of silly questions. You need great customer service in this kind of job just to put up with the the questions and going back and fourth alone and Jessica was amazing could not rate highly enough

Linda has been amazing. She’s so friendly. And even when I have changed plans 3 times she still helps me out and find more deals and quotes. It seems that nothing is too much for Linda. She has be extremely helpful.

Lydia has been our event planner and was absolutely amazing at helping narrow down the best hotel to stay in , no matter how many changes we made last Minute she provided new quotes and kept me updated through the whole booking process which made this so easy and simple . No matter what questions I had she was able to answer and make all my ideas happen 😊. My best friends hen do is now booked for next year and I can’t wait !!! It’s going to be amazing thanks again to Lydia at hen heaven for making this whole experience a lot less stressful and more exciting . Will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking with hen heaven

Linda has been helping me plan my sisters Hen Weekend in Barcelona and I have to say she has been excellent, very helpful with our needs and wants. She has answered all my annoying questions and messages within a timely manner and made fantastic suggestions.
Gave 4 out of 5 starts simply because we have not gone on the trip yet so I don’t know how smoothly it will go, but we are really looking forward to the weekend Linda has tailer made for us with plenty of exciting and fun things to do!

Jamie helped me organise a hen party away to Marbella. He was great in the initial stages and explained all options really well. He exceeded himself with a last minute change to the group following a hen error and we were able to swap names with little effort. The bride to be had a brilliant time and I would definitely recommend using this company based on my experience.

Only pay your deposits to this company until the deadline, do not set up a payment plan (I would advise to do this in a personal account rather than to hen heaven) as if under unfortunate circumstances the hen doesn’t go ahead. They will keep all your money!!!! Therefore the word deposit means nothing as realistically if cancelled before the deadline they should only be able to retain this???? Poor T&C’s 😡😡😡😡😡

Jamie has been helping me organise my friend's hen do and he has been brilliant! Trying to organise 20 girls is not an easy task but Jamie has really helped get things going.
The fact that all the attendees are in charge of paying their own way is so much better and easier to manage as well!

Hen heaven were amazing, very responsive to any queries I had and the activities were amazing. I had all the information I needed to make the Hen weekend a success and run smoothly, I.e addresses and telephone numbers of venues.
The price was very reasonable also. I would 100% book with them again.

I’ve been in touch organising my best friends hen do for a couple of months now while chatting to Rob.
We’ve now got the ball rolling and are ready to start things going for the Hen Do next year!
Rob has been an absolute legend and has always managed to keep in touch and find ways to alternate the hen do to my (many) requests perfectly.
He so fully deserves a raise just for always being happy to speak with me on the phone and go through every option open to us.
He even went the extra mile and gave me tips on where to leave our bags before we check in and how to find cheaper parking too, which he didn’t have to do at all.
I’m not sure if I can leave another feedback following the event but hope to be able to do so once we’ve been in the do.
