Their caulk never dried off and left me with the inconvenience of cleaning it off and using another brand. The customer service said it was out of date after checking the batch number as there was no use-by date on the product. She couldn't care less to take ownership of their garbage product. Avoid this brand as they don't care about their customers.
Poor customer service. I bought a tin of Right Guard that on first use erupted into a cold jet/leak that came out vertically from the dispenser - lots of it and not the usual spray. This cause burning to my hand and a complete mess on my bathroom floor that I can't clean. I sent a polite and factual complaint to the email address on the can that is listed for any problems. I got an immediate automatic reply that says "We are currently experiencing a high volume of emails.
We are working hard to respond to every email and we aim to reply to you as soon as possible." Two weeks later, no response or communication. Feels like they don't care about their customers or potentially dangerous products. I will avoid Henkel brands in the future. I will now take the faulty product back to the retailer and ask them to sort it out.
I bought Pattex PF100 Universal, polyurethane foam, I use it once ok, but after one month the product doesn't get out of the can. Bad score!
Totally Unethical company do not buy there products
