Henley Fan Company 

I ordered the fan on Monday last week and it arrived on Thursday of the same week.
It has just been fitted today and looks beautiful.
The conservatory fitters loved it.
Totally silent and works brilliantly on even a low spin

This is my second bedfan and I would be lost without it and to be honest on the edge of sanity it is such a help through the night when the flushing starts and has definitely improved my sleep quality and my well being in n general (menopause what menopause)

I'm over the moon with my Henly fan though it would of been a little better help if the instructions was in English lol but we got there in the end . The fan is very robust an doesn't wobble like some cheaper fans I've seen . Overall very happy with my purchase.

The service offered by telephone was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and found it incredibly useful to actually be able to speak to someone about my requirements. However, the delivery was a problem. It took 10 days from ordering to receive the fans due to DPD, and they are still not yet installed. But I’m excited that they will be up & operational soon!!

Being an electrician I have fitted a few fans from this company they are very easy to install instructions are good the fan are very good quality and a must for hot weather great for keeping you cool at night

I would whole heartedly recommend the Henley Fan Company. The agents are easy to deal with on the phone and provide very high quality ceiling fans. Not only is our fan stunning to look at but it also gives a good range of speeds. Our bedroom has a vaulted ceiling so the fan needed an extended stem. Even at full power, the fitting to the ceiling does not rock at all. The fan was a total blessing in last week's heat wave.

The initial on-line order was dispatched immediately and arrived within 24 hours, which is a brilliant service.
Unfortunately the electrical pack didn't work but the manager (Niki) soon got onto it and got a new fan out to me. Can highly recommend this company.

Had to purchase a new remote as dog got hold of it, although it was more expensive than I would like (I'm a cheap skate) I ordered it and they had it in the post within minutes of the order.beimgade, they also delayed the posting of the orders to incorporate mine to ensure I got it next day. This company bend over backwards to help even after they have your money.
Had a problem pairing it and they called me directly and explained over the phone.

Helpful telephone response and rapid delivery of parts. Need only one small component but had to purchase kit of parts. On delivery two wires had worked loose and had to be replaced but in spite of these niggles the overall experience was good snd I was able to restore a 25 year old fan to full working condition.

Really good service, 24 hr delivery. The fan is "ok". Firstly it has really big wheels which don't fit under my divan so although I can use it with the wheels turned round they stick out a lot, why not have small wheels or even better something flat that just glides under the bed and secondly the fan is not that cold, it's more a lukewarm breeze, needs to be colder.

Very helpful to find correct part for an old fan and delivered quickly.

For the 100 time- I’m not Julie Williams, I’ve never bought a fan from you, I’ve told you many times you have the wrong email address but you sent multiple copies of communication, invoices, delivery details and confirmations and now this! I live in New Zealand - this must be a privacy breach! After telling you several times and receiving a number of apologies it just keeps coming! Sort it out!!!!

Henley Zephyr Fan. Excellent fan, very quiet in operation and therefore ideal for our bedroom. Well packaged and easy to install. Delivered as promised by Nicki on the phone. Excellent service.

I ordered this fan on the 17th of June and the 28th it got delivered in Oostende Belgium.
A minus was that there was no tracking, I got an email that the shipment was sent and 5 working days later it appeared on our doorstep.
I've changed our "DIY shop fan" for this one and the difference is enormous
Today it took about 2 hours to install it and while I'm typing this it's turning on the lowest speed.
How to describe this fan...awesome...it is silent, the speed settings are good.
Slow speed is silent with a gentle breeze, high speed setting is very good you get a strong breeze with a noise that is not annoying.
Installing the fan is quite easy and the fixtures of the fan are very sturdy.
Last but not least, the looks....again awesome I can't stop looking at the "old airplane propeller "hanging in our living room.
Yes it isn't cheap, but o so worth it.
