They use different websites; steinberg mode hause/steinberg/hennkel. they have ads on Facebook.they work with paypal and Klarna so I thought they were trustworthy. Turned out scam.they manufacture fake and very low quality products in China, send them to Germany, a Chinese owned shop distributes them. They advertise photoshopped images to lure people into this scam.I was one of them unfortunately. I knew there was something wrong as soon as I asked them about my order's shipment info after a week. No details given for about 3 weeks. I asked them to cancel the order immediately but they didn't. Some garbage arrived after a month in a plastic bag, nothing like as they've advertised, fake leather, wrong size, with a heavy toxic smell in the bag. there was no return label, no proper company address either. I asked for a return address, they gave me one in China. I refused to do that as well as their offer of 10% reduction of the invoice. I filed multiple reports to Klarna and the police department to track down this fraud. Klarna was not helpful, but police dept tracked them down and informed me about it. Finally today, after about 2 months of communication process, Klarna emailed me, the invoice was cancelled. I will not work with Klarna again. They've received multiple complaints about this company before, I have read many of them on Trustpilot website and on other platforms, and yet Klarna/Paypal continue working with them. This is not acceptable.
I ordered a coat which was advertised as a warm coat - it is a Spring coat! The fit does not suit me either. When I tried to send it back, they would not send me a returns label. They asked me to measure the coat first!!! When I said I would send it back, thinking it was a London address, they said that it had to go back to China. This would cost about £15 to return. No labels on the coat either! I have a coat which is not fit for the purpose! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! Hennkel offered me a 20% refund for the inconvenience! This was over a month ago - still waiting!
