Henry Boot Estates Ltd appalling customer service

Henry Boot Estates Ltd is a company that provides no contact number except a contact form. Tried contacting this company as they are the Freeholder of Thornbridge House in Iver, Bucks. As a tenant of this company, I wanted to speak to them in regards to illegal parking in front of the garages. When speaking to the receptionist, she was very vague and stated that there was no direct number to any of the departments, which was very inconvenient. How does a company provide customer service if it hides behind the receptionist who bats the tenant away continuously? They are quick enough in demanding ground rent, but when it comes to enforcement as the Freeholder, they are nowhere to be seen. Perhaps Mr Lee Powell, the new managing director, could take this on board and get his company to provide some sort of customer service in the future.
