Would like to give it zero stars but can’t . I’ve placed an order got email confirming my order money taken from bank. Item’s didn’t arrive have sent several emails regarding delivery etc & nothing back from Henry Cole Tv . Shocking customer service

Ordered 2 T-shirts for my husband as a gift. Ordered Wednesday and arrived today. Lovely quality and he’s very pleased.

Ordered and paid for goods (money has gone out of account), over 2 months later no goods and emailed 5 times (one email bounces back), no replies at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Awful customer service, returned an item over 5 weeks ago and absolutely no response. Have sent several emails but no reply

I have to agree somewhat with the 1 Star review already here. Having watched Henry’s shows avidly with my husband for a few years now. I bought him a T-Shirt. Unfortunately this was the wrong size. It has been returned 18th April), but Customer Service is virtually zilch (have contacted via email address and their portal). I am struggling each time to get them to answer an email or the phone?
Seems really sad for fans of Henry.

Well I’ve ordered a book from Henry Cole TV a week ago and have not received any shipping information as yet. This book is a birthday present for the beginning of May, I have just sent an email but judging from the previous review I’m not holding out much hope of getting it any time soon, I ordered a different book from another well known author this morning and 10 minutes later I received an email saying it had been shipped. Update. Just to say that my ordered book had been waiting to be signed by Henry which has now been done and received by me today 30 April. Being a busy man it took a little while for him to go into the shop and of course I was not aware of this wait. But many thanks to everyone concerned in getting the book to me ASAP.

We ordered many items of clothing from Henry Cole TV for Xmas presents.
We ordered 2 hats. Not cheap items. Only 1 arrived. That was a cheap poor quality Chinese made hat. Since then I've written 4 emails to this company.
No response whatsoever.
There's no other way to contact them. Closed Facebook page, no telephone number. Disgraceful and so now I have to fight to get my money back.
Avoid at all costs.

Surprised that no one has reviewed Henry Coles programmes. In my opinion he's the bastion of Motorcycling culture to be aired on UK TV. "The Motorbike Show" on ITV4 for ten years or so is the only programme dedicated to Bikers. I look forward to every new Season. Enjoy watching his other engineering mechanics like Alan Millyard; Guy Wilson "Skid" and Sam Lovegrove not to forget his beloved dog "JellyBean". His other programmes "Shed and Buried" and "Junk and Disorderly" are both entertaining and sometime even educational. There's also "Find it, fix it and drive it" and "Find it, fix it and Flog it" with the upcycling guru Simon O'Brien. Both found on Quest TV Channel. May Henry and his team have many more years of producing these excellent programmes.
