They answered the phone and were very helpful with my questions. When the delivery wth dpd went wrong they sorted it and I got my order very quickly

I’m really impressed with the service I’ve received from Henry Street. They emailed me to tell me the plant I wanted had come back into stock, I then ordered the plant and received it within a week. Email correspondence has been excellent, from payment to delivery. The packaging of my potted plant was spot on, the plant had travelled well and I liked the fact that my rose plant was potted and not a bare root which has helped being that it was delivered in the winter months.

The rose l ordered was delivered promptly. It was well packaged and appears in excellent condition. Due to the wet weather l have not had the opportunity to plant it in the garden. However, the pot that it was supplied in is large enough so l may leave it alone until spring

i had bought from henry street before, that was a 5 star plant , so ask them to contact me when this plant was in stock .when this rose (oranges and lemons) arrived it had been hard pruned ..thats ok , but when i removed it from pot it was not an established plant , the compost just fell away to reveal a plant with a poor root system ..,i was expecting a plant with an established root system

I used the 'let me know when a rose is back in stock' service. This worked really well. I received an email and then ordered what I wanted. Great service.

“Remember Me” Rose was received most conveniently at 9 am on Wednesday morning. This was a gift from me to close relatives in memory of a very much loved husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather, all of whom I was already planning to visit that day. So I was able to keep it in It’s protective box and packaging and deliver it later that same afternoon.
