It took awhile to get the order worked through. I was disappointed with the fact I was not notified my order was returned to the company but when I found the problem (computer issue) we were able to work things out and my order is in the way. This tells me herb affair is interested in satisfied customers.

Product description was great. I made a mistake on my shipping address, a human responded and assured me that the correction address had been updated. Items arrived on time, tracking was very accurate. Thank you

Great products and prices, they also respond in a very timely manner.

I’ve placed multiple orders with this company in the past, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing.

First, I received the wrong product. After reaching out, it took weeks to receive a refund. Hoping it was just a one-time mistake, I placed the same order again—but it’s now been over two weeks, and the item still hasn’t even shipped.

To make matters worse, I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times. The only option is an AI chatbot, and no one responds to emails sent to the support address. What started as a promising experience has unfortunately turned into one of the worst I’ve encountered.

I can no longer recommend this company based on the lack of reliability and customer service.

I clicked on the wrong thing, and put something in my cart I didn't want, and then processed the payment. Totally my fault. I emailed Herb Affair and they corrected the problem right away, before it shipped. Then i immediately received conformation of a credit back. I feel this is better service than other online companies I have shopped with. Thank you!

I haven't tryed the products yet still waiting on capsules. But so far I've been impressed. Issues with the tracking of the purchase, is the only issues I've had so far. Emailed the company and they resolved the issue. By giving me a link to the direct site and further they will look into the issue if it is on their end.

What makes this company so Great is their Customer service. Hands down Kristine is amazing. She was prompt on returning my messages and answering any questions I had about their products. I look forward to reordering from them again.

I had issues at first with getting the pay site to take my discount code. I sent an email and Kristine was very quick to reply and to help me with the discount code to work. Very pleasant to work with and she made sure I was taken care of. I can’t wait to start making my own supplements.

I purchased both the filler and capsules. The quality is great and exceeded expectations. Customer service is superb and super responsive! I love my purchase and gladly write this review. One note: If you’re using a Size 000 Capsule-It filler, you’ll need to use Size 000 capsules for the best fit.
