It took awhile to get the order worked through. I was disappointed with the fact I was not notified my order was returned to the company but when I found the problem (computer issue) we were able to work things out and my order is in the way. This tells me herb affair is interested in satisfied customers.

I’ve placed multiple orders with this company in the past, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing.
First, I received the wrong product. After reaching out, it took weeks to receive a refund. Hoping it was just a one-time mistake, I placed the same order again—but it’s now been over two weeks, and the item still hasn’t even shipped.
To make matters worse, I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times. The only option is an AI chatbot, and no one responds to emails sent to the support address. What started as a promising experience has unfortunately turned into one of the worst I’ve encountered.
I can no longer recommend this company based on the lack of reliability and customer service.

I haven't tryed the products yet still waiting on capsules. But so far I've been impressed. Issues with the tracking of the purchase, is the only issues I've had so far. Emailed the company and they resolved the issue. By giving me a link to the direct site and further they will look into the issue if it is on their end.
