I had purchased the capsule-it filler in November 2024, have not been able to use it, yet. In June of 2025 I got my capsule-it filler out but I don't have the ebooks that I was to have gotten after my purchase. I reached out to Herb Affair, showing when and what I had purchased, less than thirty minutes and I had a response from Kristine at Herb Affair. She was very polite and helped me.
I am amazed at how this business pays attention to there help desk (email) and responds so quickly. You just don't find that anymore.

A great product!
If you are like me and take a lot of herbal supplements, you know how costly that can be. Buying the powered herbs in bulk is much cheaper, but most medicinal herbs taste really bad :-b The answer is to use capsules, but that is messy and VERY time consuming. This easy-to-use device reduces this hours-long chore into about a 20 to 30 minute process to get 100 capsules!
But wait, there's more: When you're done, toss the Capsule-It into the dishwasher and it's ready for reuse.
Be aware, you have to order based on the size of capsules you use. I got one for size 000, and I'm about to order one for size 0.
