One of my products arrived damaged so I emailed customer service for some assistance. Callum got back to me within 30 minutes saying that a replacement will be sent and arrive next day. 5 star customer service from Callum!

1st class Service I use the dry shampoo a lot as I have six dogs. I can highly recommend it. In fact the newest one they have released is one of the best I have loads on order as I love the smell dogs don’t complain either.

Callum has really been a star. Every time I have had a problem it was sorted starlight away. My dogs are all natural and I find the products easy to use and I know my dogs health are safe.

Absolutely amazing first class service received from Callum. My 2nd order of 2 products has not been delivered due to issues with Royal Mail and Callum very quickly arranged for another shipment to be sent out. Their blend made my dog ill, they have no complaints policy so you cant raise a complaint or find out any outcome of thier "internal investigation" took 2 days before they even asked about my dogs welfare or any information other than just how to refund me the fast i have ever been refunded by any company and then proceeded to block me on social media as have quite a few creators that promote their products all at the same time 🙃🙃

The email was not responded to within 2 hours i have the receipts! I was in no way shape or form agressive! I called you a snake oil salemen cause you are one! The only personal information i asked for was a name of the employee illegally miselling and making false claims about your products a totally reasonable question you refused to answer it who it was THIS COMPANY HAVE 0 TRANSPARENCY and i have it confirmed in emails and on the phone by several staff members thats there no complaints policy at all Already been reported to trading standards and DEFRA

But notice no denial that their blend made my dog sick!, no denial that didnt asked about my dogs welfare, no denial thats there no complaints policy and a total admission they silence people that complain by removing them from their platform and bullying them into silence absolutely shocking way for a company to be conducting itself

The products are simply amazing, we have been using the Herbacalm bundle both drops and powder since October.
We have a rescue frenchie and he struggles to keep calm at night time, always on edge, very anxious and just a bit of a high alert dog.
The drops work wonders and the powder together helps, it really relaxes him naturally which I love because our vet advised to medicate him and I just didn’t feel that was right or fair on him. He still gets to enjoy being social, eating, sleeping, playing etc but just in a more relaxed way.
We order regularly and will continue it’s helped us more than we could have imagined.

My puppy was suffering with really bad tear stains, I asked the vet if there was anything I could do, she said it's just the breed. I thought I'd give herbacare yeast blend from The Herbal Dog Co as I'd heard that tear stains could be caused by a yeast imbalance. To be honest I didn't expect any real results but WOW! Was i wrong! This blend is absolutely amazing. My puppy's tear stains have completely gone, her eye looks so much healthier and on top of that, she's stopped nibbling her paws. An all round brilliant product, would highly recommend.

Supplements are All made with the best ingredients & have been great for my Dogs especially as one is getting older their mobility blend & HerbaFlex joint care tonic have been game changers!
The shampoos & all of the grooming products smell amazing theirs so many different ones I’ve purchased & I’ve always loved them all!
I’ve purchased so many times & only once has a product been missing from my order when it was Black Friday when they would of had a huge influx of orders however customer service were amazing & rectified this straight away by sending out the product on next day delivery with extra freebies!
