Crap service crap products do not buy they take your money and try to bully you

Very very good quality products allways been very happy I can sometimes order early say Monday morning it's there Wednesday all ways very very quick and I've just ordered from the Amsterdam coffee shop let's see how long this should take but they have allways had a very quick delivery I think once I waited 3 days max well well happy plz keep up the good work can't wait for my goodies to get her from the DAMM 3 very different strains I'm sure it will be bang on as alkway

Police arrived at my house to inform me the post office had handed them a package they believe to be 'herbal cannabis', I now have to attend a 'voluntary' interview. The postman was.good enough to give us prior warning that the package had been set aside as it "stank of drugs" though this didn't help much! Will see what happens with the police, Tearoom peeps did respond to my emails though advice of 'tell.post office not to interfere with your cbd" was pretty poor considering cbd flower is illegal too, would have looked a right idiot and put myself right in it with cops buy Hey Ho, tearoom had been great up.to this and you take your chances, my fault and I'll take it on the chin but never again!!

I was always happy about the service until today. My order 4223 was lost at the post office and as a recipient I can't do anything with this. In royal mail only sender can contact about missing delivery.

I asked herbalisttea for help but they left me with the problem and said that they would not contact with the royal mail due to nature of the business

It's such a shame because I was a returning and happy customer

Generally had very good experience the 'tea' has always been good quality and generally delivered quickly. Like a few other reviews have mentioned had a problem with order not turning up in April and lack of communication However order has since turned up and had no problems with last couple of orders Service seems to be back to normal and I'd highly recommend it.
