Excellent service! A++

Although they didn’t have the exact tea that I ordered… they sent an equivalent blend PLUS some free exotic blend tea as a gesture of good will.

I would highly recommend these excellent tradespeople and I will order from them again.

Never ever a let down. Also follow through finally people to trust.

I placed an order that was unfortunately lost in the post. This is the first time an order from HTR has gone astray, so I notified them and they sent a replacement.

This site is great I have been using it for a few years now the quality is amazing the different types when you want something exotic

Thank you Herbalisttea ✊ I can confidently say this company is the GOAT in the UK. If you haven't tried the products on their site then in my humble opinion you've been missing out on one of, if not the best (strongest) stuff the industry has to offer.

Always delivers on time and good quality. I'm using them for 3 years now and I never had an order that I haven't received and only had 2 delayed orders due to stock issues. I definately recommend them.

It took them over a week to send out a special next day order of 4 different items and I only received 2 items. After a week of no response to emails I give up with them. Just an all around lousy experience.

Ordered a few weeks ago and nothings come still. Have emailed several days ago and haven’t had a response. Reading the reviews I'm pretty sure it'll come eventually but I'm gonna have this up until it does just incase. Honestly not worth ordering if you don't want to be super stressed about it coming or not. Order is said to be shipped as of 2 weeks ago but unclear on whether that’s accurate or not and there’s no further tracking past that. (If the order comes soon I'll probably change my review but that's all I've got for now.)

Every single time I select the "Special Next Day" delivery these guys ignore it & send my packages first class signed for, which is £5 cheaper for them & it takes 3x as long to arrive. I've ran out of weed a few times now, just because they wanna pocket the extra cash! I'm not using this website anymore.

Good products I'm always happy with their work

I've been a regular customer of these guys for over a year now and I have to say that they've never disappointed me. Orders arrived within 2 days of purchase, every time, and I've often received free bonus gifts. Their cola cubes have been a total revelation to me (top tip: half a teaspoon of icing sugar into the bag really helps with longevity as they've a tendency to melt a bit and stick together otherwise) and the vapes and herb have been uniformly excellent. As long as they keep up the great service and quality, I won't be going anywhere else.

Be wary!!! It's legit but a gamble.
Been waiting over a month for goods and/or a response before writing this review.

Product arrives eventually but they are impossible to contact so I would use other companies out there, unless you're desperate that is ( like I was).

Also avoid ordering more than one item at a time as the pickers seem to have a problem with maths ( not their fault but the lack of contact makes this issue problematic.)

Ordered 3 items on 20th June but only received 1 item- various emails and attempts to contact but no joy.

The item I ordered was so horrible ( possibly down to personal preference but never in my 30+ years have I not managed to consume and had to throw away)
I have recently emailed saying I don't want a replacement and they can keep the money (yes it was that bad)
Always sceptical about using this company so was a risk on my part.

Been a loyal customer for a long time. Orders always arrived as described and never have had to wait more than a few days. Deliveries normally arrive to North of Ireland in 2 days. Great service, wouldn’t use anyone else.

same issue with my order, as other reviews. BEP8K. 2 weeks late and numerous attempts to contact the company, without a response. Shame as the company was decent a while ago, and products are good. Customer service is non-existent. I wont be ordering again.

Well it did arrive so I will give them that, but what arrived hardly constitued as "top shelf" or "AAA" - it's the most sorry excuse for herb I've ever seen - blackened!!!!, badly trimmed, badly cured and just truly disgusting to look at, I don't even think I'd want that in my lungs, it's also below weight

I ordered the NEW" WHITE TAHOE COOKIES🍪 TOP SHELF EXOTIC U.S CALIFORNIA IMPORT Strain, which promised a sativa like energised and creative high which helps with pain but that is completely misleading as you'd think you'd be getting a premium product but premium it is not!!

£47.50 lost to charlatans, not pleased at all - this was my second order, I ordered a long time ago and wasn't impressed but thought I'd give them another chance as my usual people aren't around, but no that's the last time I would ever visit this store & I don't mind paying more for quality but this was the worst experince of any online head shop I've dealt with

I wish I could include a photo of just how pitiful my order looked, absolutely shameful!

If you appreciate fine herb don't ever waste your cash here, It's sad that people go to all that effort of making a weird website with woodburners on it and then take zero pride in what they put out, where are all the decent folks? I don't know but they ain't here!

Good work you do? you must be delusional to think that what you do is good, you take peoples cash based on a lie and then send them something unusable, I would argue you can't 'clearly' see anything and that's your problem, you sent me something below sub par and accuse me of all sorts when I point it out - criminals

Listen, uk stock arrives faster, if you mix and match from home and abroad it takes much longer but they always deliver, 2 or 3 weeks is the longest iv waited but thats for the reason above. 5stars on my vapes everytime
