Ran out of liquid but rang the store and got it sorted we had to use a taxi company to collect but the order was quickly packed. Amazing liquids friendly staff and lovely little notes in the order which made my day. Highly recommend these guys banging liquid top star customer service amazing xxx

Great company
Great company. The staff in the stores are always very helpful and polite and ordering online is a doddle with very fast delivery (I always order early in the day and I've always had my delivery the next day).
Sadly they closed the Nottingham store which was my favourite but considering what I heard they've turned it in to, I'd say that they made the right decision. It's always warming to see local companies do their bit for the community.
As long as they keep producing and selling Polar Mint Scrimpers as well as having friendly staff, I won't shop anywhere else.

Yes, although closing our Nottingham store for a new business venture may have not been ideal for some customers, it is great to see that you still support us and recognise our other stores.
We do hope to see over at our Derby stores soon, and thank you for sticking with us.
Only vape store for me
Won’t be buying my vape juice from anywhere else’s. Moved out of the midlands and still buy my stuff from there. Great people and deserve all good publicity they get.
Not a paid sponsorship and spend a fair amount with them as their products, are simply just quality.
