Alekos and George sold our house in Muswell Hill. We were making a big move as a family of 5 out of the city to Bournemouth.

They prioritised understanding our needs and then building a marketing and sale plan that aligned to them. They also have extensive experience in online Rightmove price points that generate the most qualified leads which in turn leads to more engagement and therefore a better price.

They set a record price on the street and did so in a way that met our needs and also set the buyers up in a great family home that was totally turn key for them.

Highly recommended - they are great people, highly collaborative and know how to execute when it counts. They have since sold my brother in laws house in Watford with a similar outcome.

I recently sold my flat through George and Alekos and had a really positive experience from start to finish. One of the added complications was that we needed to serve a Section 42 notice to begin the lease extension at the same time as selling, which I initially thought might make things difficult. They explained how it could work alongside the sale and helped guide me through the process so everything ran in parallel.

What impressed me most was how much thought they put into how the flat would be brought to market. They gave clear advice on a few things that would make a difference, made sure the marketing looked excellent and introduced the property to buyers in a way that really showed it at its best.

Once viewings started, they were very involved and kept me properly updated with feedback and interest. When offers began coming in, they handled the conversations with buyers really well and managed to secure a sale above the asking price, which I was obviously delighted with.

Another thing I really appreciated was that I dealt directly with George and Alekos throughout rather than being passed around an office. They were always easy to reach if I had a question and it felt like they were genuinely invested in getting the right outcome.

Overall it was a smooth and well-managed experience, even with the lease extension running alongside the sale, and I’d happily recommend Here To Sell to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Always available, extremely helpful and couldn’t ask for a better agent to help us through the process of selling our family home in Whetstone. Cannot recommend both Here To Sell and George enough.

From our first meeting at my flat with George and his business partner, Alekos Kleanthous, I felt an ease and warmth that went beyond pushing a sale or conducting a business appraisal. Both George and Alek felt like 'brothers', yes there to sell my property but also wanted to know all about me as a person not just a customer. The whole process from offer in May to completion in November was mainly simple and easy. Astute advice from George precipitated the quick sale of the property. He set a sale price then suggested we reduce it as it could struggle to sell against houses on sale locally at a similar price - I said yes. George organised for the flat to be photographed and it was beautifully presented on Here to Sell Website. Two weeks, two viewings later, two offers and the property was sold. Incredible! I have George to thank for the solicitor chosen to handle the conveyancing. She was prompt, responsive clear and provided high quality conveyancing support to her client that was beyond amazing. With her steady and guiding hand sale and purchasing of two homes was never stressful or arduous. Throughout the sale, George was on hand, responding to messages, offering support, making suggestions, offering recommendations, communicating information and checking on how I was. A safe pair of hands. I wouldn't be where I am now in my new home without him. A huge thank you George.

We sold our family home, of 30 years, with Here to Sell. It was mainly Alekos who was involved in the handling of the sale but George was equally responsive when required.
This was our first experience with selling a house and the remit was quite complicated due to multiple parties involved and the value of the property. We began this journey with several quotes and met different agents, it was an enlightening experience, as all their styles varied.
Alekos and George struck us as a well-balanced partnership and offered a bespoke package. Together they have decades of experience and know their trade well. They are professional, calm, knowledgeable, honest, and patient, which is invaluable when selling a property.
We had many challenges along the way eg. Japanese Knotweed! There were several unexpected surprises and delays due to the length of the chain involved. We were guided throughout by Alekos, who was incredibly hands-on and diplomatic. He really deserved the commission we paid him and more! He is one of a kind and now that we've met several agents, from viewings as perspective buyers, we are grateful that Alekos was our agent.
He is a measured individual who adapts well to different styles. He supported our family, as well as our purchasers, whilst communicating with the onward chain on our behalf. There were some tough negotiations that he managed on our behalf.
He also conducted several viewings, open house weekends, supported us with paperwork for conveyancing, provided us with contacts for a variety of jobs that needed to completed for the sale. He was available practically 24/7, incredibly dedicated to his job and clients. We couldn't recommend Here to Sell enough. They are a great Estate Agency with passion for what they do! George was a super estate agent, taking a personal interest and helping out a great deal as we were selling a property remotely. We had over 30 viewings which George handled personally which we valued so much, rather than several different agents showing a property. He communicated with us well and as a team we got a great result.

George and alekos really helped us through with buying our first home. We were pretty clueless about a lot of things and they made us feel at ease. From viewing to purchase was around 4 months and managed to accelerate the exchange and completion for us. Would recommend!

2 years ago we decided to relocate.

George’s marketing strategy enabled us to obtain a sale price far exceeding both our expectations and what had previously been achieved on our road.

As a family with young children it was really useful to have all the viewings done over one weekend when we were away. We felt very comfortable giving George the responsibility of our home during our absence.

After the multitude of offers had been received, George smoothly assessed these and advised us on the reliability of the potential buyers.

We were very happy with the service he provided.

We had a very poor experience dealing with George at Here to Sell:

1. My wife and I viewed a property at an Open House (Sat 1 July) and put an offer in the following day via email. The offer was not acknowledged until I phoned George (Tues 4 July) to check he had received it. He advised at that point that he had received it an we were the only offer but the vendors wanted to hold another Open House (Fri 7 July). George advised he would be in touch after that to update us.

2. By the following Tues 11 July, now 10 days after our offer, I called George again to ask for an update. He told me that there had been other offers but ours remained the highest. He said that the timescales would be extended further however as they were moving to a 'best and final' offer process.

3. We received an email (Thurs 13 July) and called George (Fri 14 July) to ask to view the property a second time before making our final offer. He advised that he would have to get back to me to see if this was possible. Unsurprisingly, I did not hear from George who also ignored a follow up text message asking the same.

4. Despite not being able to view the property again, we submitted our best and final offer before the deadline (Mon 17 July). This offer was also not acknowledged.

5. By the close of play on Thursday 17 July we were still in the dark. I again called George (who had not saved my number) and asked for an update. He replied "Oh, I thought my colleague Alek would have contacted you", showing that the poor communication extends to his colleague and not just between his clients. The update at that point was that a decision had still not been made. It was at this point we removed our offer.

6. The complete lack of communication led to a lack of trust in George that he would be the estate agent to help us buy our new home. In the three weeks that our offers sat on the table unacknowledged, we were given no choice other than to look elsewhere. Through another agent we viewed another property, much more suited to our needs, and placed an offer which was accepted within 72 hours. The disparity in the quality of service we received between the two agents highlighted just how poor George handled our situation.

I would not recommend George or Here to Sell for any potential buyers who consider communication or efficiency an important part of the home buying process.
