Excellent customer service in ordering my family tartan mini shawl. It was not in stock. I was able to order it and have it shipped within a very short time frame.

Heritage of Edinburgh has a clear website, and I bought a lambswool blanket in March, and because I was so pleased with it, I bought another one in July as a gift. The blankets are large, very light and warm. I was pleased with the wide choice of colours to choose from. I ordered on a Sunday and received the blanket the following Tuesday, so the quick delivery is very helpful too.

Excellent quality products. Very straightforward ordering.

I am blessed to have these four world peace tartans and look forward to using them in ceremony in British Columbia, Canada.

This is a lovely cashmere scarf I would not have treated myself to this, but Heritage Edinburgh had an offer on.
It is navy blue and a raspberry colour. Perhaps it could
have been slightly wider but it is fine.

There was a huge problem with the company that imports through the customs in Croatia.
However, when I reached out to Heritage they arranged return of the parcel and they sent another out to my brother in London before receiving the return parcel from Croatia within 24 hours.

I had a new package on my brother’s doorstep no issues there’re super polite, good email response and a top company I will 100% work with work again.

Fantastic I didn’t know what clan I belong to via my grandparents but found out on Heritage’s website so I bought a few items extremely pleased with them and I found them very well made over the moon

Fast, accurate and quality products

I ordered 4 large size merino shirts, 2 came with no tags or size tags on the shirts. (I assume they are small or x-small because they are very tight for me to wear) I emailed and got immediate response. I was told that they will send me another large size shirts for me to replace the wrong size one. They went out of their way to look for the exact shirts that I ordered. I should get them in a few days and just in time for my South America trip because it’s cooler there now. I really appreciate their prompt response and resolve the problem quickly. I definitely purchase again and recommend to any who’s thinking of doing business with Heritage of Edinburg. Thank You!

I decided to buy lambswool scarfs at The Scotland Shop some minutes before my train to London departs. After the train, I had to go to Heathrow airport to return to Brazil.
I was really in a hurry and i forgot my hat at the store.
I got really sad because it was my mom’s hat.
So, in the train, I made contact with the store by phone and then by e-mail.
I got very happy because a few moments later, Dominick, the ecommerce manager, answered my e-mail saying that he found my hat.
Actually, he did more than find my hat, he reassured me, he answered my e-mail quickly and he shipped my hat! He was efficient and kind! Thank you very much, Dom!!! Congrats Scotland Shop, you have the best scarfs and the best manager!!!

Due to an order with another seller falling through I had to make some last minute purchases for gifts on a special occasion and needed them delivered by a Monday morning. I placed the order very late on Thursday evening and wrote a note to Heritage of Edinburgh asking if an urgent delivery would be possible and offering to pay any extra for a first-class delivery. I didn’t really expect to get my package in time. However, happily, I was proved wrong, not only did the package arrive on Saturday, I wasn’t charged anything extra! And the quality of every item was beautiful and the gifts were highly appreciated. Will definitely be buying from this shop again. Thank you
