The whole team was extremely helpful!! I was traveling in Scotland and fell in love with these Harris Tweed handbags. My mom was in the hospital while I was traveling and I wanted to give my sisters and her a nice gift. I had NO ROOM in my suitcase for four handbags. I emailed the team photos I’d taken at their store and they got them to my moms house. They arrived quickly and are so beautiful!!! Dom was truly amazing!!! Thank you all!!! My mom and sisters absolutely LOVE them.

I love the cape! The color and the lambs wool is so soft and I’m sure it will be warm. That gets 5 stars.
However, I ordered this cape at $54.99. Was told it was out of stock and my payment would be refunded. I went on website again and there it was for $69.99. I queried the person in the talk window and was told that I was probably looking at it in £ instead of $. Went back to my original order and it clearly said $. I even have a screenshot to prove my point. Perhaps this was a typo but, wanted the cape and reordered. So beware, I feel taken advantage of!

the products were well priced and well crafted. Packaged simply but beautifully, they were protected in recyclable card & arrived very quickly. An all round excellent shopping experience. Thank you for the care and pride you evidently take in your products and service.

Heritage of Edinburgh is just wonderful! We purchased a sweater (ballantrae jumper) as a gift for someone when we were by Edinburgh Castle. When we were repacking and preparing to leave for the airport to return home we noticed a damage in the sweater and had no time to go back to the store to exchange it. I emailed them photos of the item and the receipt and they took care of it straight away! They replaced our item and sent it to us to the USA via FedEx without any problem. This is the epitome of customer service and I would recommend to anyone to shop at this store since they fully stand behind what they sell. They offer kind, prompt and professional customer service.
