Nonexistent customer service.
I have placed two orders with this company. Had problems with the size on the first one (my fault) and on the second one of the items they sent was the wrong one. I've sent two emails and gotten no response on either. I'm with Colin. It might be time for small claims court since it seems impossible to get their attention.

Hello, we do not offer option to get prepaid return label if "item didn't fit", we can exchange it for you for a correct size if needed.

What an odd company.
Their website doesn't provide any information about returns. Neither does the order confirmation or the paperwork sent with the order. Is this even legal??
I managed to establish that they are part of the same network as "Heritage of Scotland" and obtained information on how to return an item.
Order placed 20/11/22. Returned to them (with evidence) 7/12/22. As of 17/01/23 I'm yet to receive any information about my refund.
No response to emails either.
I'm am now on the verge of pursuing my refund through the small claims court.

Hello, there is clearly stated on a label of exact product you ordered " Strong gust can damage your umbrella facing the wind. Wind damage does not constitute a faulty frame." according the weather for your locality, it has been one of the most windy days of the month.
Beautiful scarves!
I was a little disappointed when I got my despatch notification that one of the items I’d ordered was out of stock. However, this was short lived as I had the most lovely scarf and stole delivered. It was beautifully packaged and they even included a postcard of where they are based. Can’t fault the quality
