Well I ordered a window seal almost a week ago and paid the extra cost to have it shipped priority shipping so I would have it within 5 days as stated when I ordered it and it's been over 5 days and I still haven't received what I ordered and I have to have this delivered to the customer in the next 2 days cuz my house is sold and I'm moving 3 hours away! Now I'm going to have to travel 6 hours round trip plus the time to install because i didn't get what I paid for! I will not be dealing with this company again after waste my money like I did. I could have drove to Michigan to pick the seal up myself and drove back and had it installed and back to the customer already.

Disappointing experience with Heritage Parts Centre. Ordered a part marked "available," confirmed in stock at least twice via email, only to be canceled after over a week due to supplier issues. Misleading info violates UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 13). They delayed my refund and warned disputing would prolong it, which feels like intimidation and may breach Consumer Protection Regulations 2008 (Reg. 3). I can share correspondence if they dispute this review. Decent selection, but poor transparency. Shop cautiously!

Absolutely great service. Ordered a new bumper plus end caps for my vw t25. Both fitted very well. I did have a small issue with having 2 right hand end caps being sent but after sending them a photo I received a left hand side one the very next day. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Still have good prices and fast delivery to the USA.

I have still not received my order from over 2 weeks ago now. After paying for next day delivery, this is ridiculous.
Since I let you know, I've had no updates on what is happening, if I am actually going to get the items that ive paid for.
Very poor customer service, and no phone number to actually speak to a human being to get this resolved.

Great item, fast delivery and a good price. The locking nuts and key are superb and fit my T2 alloys but the ad was a little misleading as it shows caps for the security nuts and there were none. However, still 5 stars as they are a great fit and give peace of mind that the alloys won’t get stolen without some effort!
