Sizing for giants only
I bought a black denim shirt from this company. Unfortunately I was in hospital after a car accident when it arrived and so missed the return date.
I am really angry at the garbage I was sent and the money I've wasted. I ordered a size 12 and the product has a size 12 label in it. It would easily fit a size 20 and the cuffs hang below the bottom of my fingers. This might fit if I was a 6 foot man but not otherwise.
Im pretty sure this must be a manufacturing error because in no way is this ever a size 12. How do I get my money back?
Quite honestly Im sick of returning things because the sizing is awful. It makes me very reluctant to order from you again.

Zilch response from this company regarding my return request
Very nice item (cream linen jeans) and they were delivered ahead of schedule but they’re too small for me and too long. I have requested a return using their quoted return procedure and have had absolutely no response. There is no telephone number for this company and their registered office is a working space in Stockport. I have emailed their customer service team countless times and just do not understand why they do not reply 🤷🏻♀️

I put £200 down and that is all I suppose to put in and then a few weeks later, they wanted me to put £10,000 down and I haven’t got that sort of money. Now I can’t get logged into my account, so I have lost £200 to them what I put in. I have lost trust in them, they tell you lies just to get your money. It was some time last year in the second half.
