I am extremely disappointed with Hermosa Hair’s customer service. I placed my order and have not received it since December 22nd. No one has clearly explained what is wrong with my order or whether the issue is related to my location. Communication has been very poor and unhelpful.

I requested a refund due to the delay, and to this day, I still have not received it. To make matters worse, the responses I received via email were rude and unprofessional. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their communication and customer service.

The braid wig is one of the best natural-looking wigs I have. More natural than even some of my lace wigs

I have only just discovered Hermosa hair and as I have been looking for a braided wig I ordered a unit and I was so happy with the wig I received, it even came quicker than I thought it would. I also received some free goodies with my wig. I’m now going to order another longer unit from them as the quality of the hair is so good. Thank you Hermosa :-)

Got this set for my lady as an early Xmas gift. Was sent out to ship the same day and came within 3 days! Very quick very efficient service. Quality product. Plus she look gorgeous in it. Representative even personally emailed me to make sure product was sent. Things like that make a difference with a company. Definitely would recommend for a woman getting something for themselves or even as a guy getting his girl a gift.

It was a bit overwhelming on navigating many options as I'm used to one type of wig. Fortunately, customer service helped me select and modify my wig to fit my big head.
