Im highly disappointed. this is my first time ordering and it will be my last. I ordered a braided wig thinking it was a full braided wig from the photos and it wasnt. I asked for a refund or they can just send me out a new wig. They told me i have to send back the wig but never gave me a return label or anything. Then the new wig i asked them to ship me is less then the wig i originally purchased. That would be fine and i wouldnt require a refund if they would just ship me a new wig out but ive been going back and forth now for days trying to get my new wig shipped or a refund. These companies lie about the return policy bc they try to make you keep the wig and offer you not even close to what you paid which they only tried giving me back $25 on a wig that cost me $233. And im STILL waiting on a shipment of a different wig ive been dealing with this for a few days now. Im ready to escalate this bc its bad buisness. Its so many other reputable companies i wouldnt recommend using this one because they are a scam. Mind you i waited almost 3 weeks to receive this ugly wig and now its taking more time to do a return or exchange for a new wig

This is my first time ordering from Hermosahair. I am pleased with the quality of hair. My package arrived within 5-10 business days which isn’t bad. I will try them again.

First it was a very timely delivery my unit came in less than 3 weeks. I love the 4c edges and fit is good .I will be buying another unit. The free gifts was really cute

Hermosa hair has great communication! My hair was amazing, very soft with no smell. My package came on time.

I ordered from Hermosa 3 times now and every time has been good. The wigs don’t come with a smell and full from root to ends. The 613 hair holds a curl for days and they are always true to length (maybe even longer). Definitely a must buy and you get your money’s worth.

First of all the hair came super fast ! Like within a week and im happy ! It was exactly as described! Its soo soft and lovely , I will be shopping again.

This is not a company I will buy from again the quality was horrible and to exchange or refund they made very difficult sent me something in their language not English for a return label

These are the best all around real human hair wigs that I've found. If you are looking for affordable and good quality wigs, Hermosahair is your best option. My deep wave wig I bought is SO soft and my blond one has all the knots bleached fully! The hd lace is great and should suit all skin tones. Shipping was also pretty fast, which seems to be more of a problem lately but my order came within a week! Will definitely be purchasing more :D

I am extremely disappointed with Hermosa Hair’s customer service. I placed my order and have not received it since December 22nd. No one has clearly explained what is wrong with my order or whether the issue is related to my location. Communication has been very poor and unhelpful.

I requested a refund due to the delay, and to this day, I still have not received it. To make matters worse, the responses I received via email were rude and unprofessional. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their communication and customer service.
