I ordered the 4c kinky edge’s kinky straight 360 w/ invisi straps and it’s absolutely beautiful. The texture is “spot-on” with very little to practically no shedding, very healthy(no synthetic mix at all) and the natural color is amazing. The edges are perfectly placed, not overly dense and don’t fall out at the “drop of a dime”😉🙏🏽 allowing you to lay them as preferred. Hermosa sends you a “boatload “ of extras as well(lashes, tape, fingernails, extra drawstring kit, different types and sizes of brushes for various applications, wig band and two two packs of HD wig caps with two pairs all nicely packaged in purple.
Now, with all of those Amazing qualities being said, please know that the 180 density is super thick, the elastic band nor the combs aren’t removable and plan up to one and a half to two weeks to receive(perfection takes time along with coming from overseas). Hope this helps 😉.

I ordered a wig back in February 2026 and I'm still waiting on the wig to be shipped! I've email this company and they weren't responsive at all until I filed a claim through the method I used to pay for this wig. They finally responded and asked me to cancel the claim/ dispute and then they would shop the wig. That was a NO for me because they still haven't resolved the issue. The second suggestion they gave me was to go to the site and purchase the wig again and they would ship it out immediately. That was a stupid suggestion since I've already paid for the wig. They wanted me to trust them with a second payment when I've already paid you once and still haven't received any product??? BEWARE LADIES. THEY ATE SHADY AND UNRELIABLE!

After finally installing, I installed the curly wig. Have been wearing it 2 weeks. Hair is super soft and shiny. Only downfall is it gets super tangled underneath in the back, there is no comb installed at the base of the wig, so it doesn't stay in place. My part is already thinning. I wanted to try a new company and am kinda disappointed. After installing the second one, also heavy tangling at the base in the back. Shedding while brushing. And also the part is super thin also.

I ordered right before a storm hit the East Coast and I couldn't blame the delay on Hermosa Hair, the package was in enroute, just delayed. I liked that they emailed me to check to see if I got it.

After some mix up with the delivery, I did finally get my hair, and it was worth thr wait. It was BETTER than described on the website.

After a couple weeks of wear and one wash, this hair still looks wonderful. No shedding and wears like it's my own.

Misleading coupon codes and nonresponsiveness to emails sent to their service inbox with proof and social media inbox is a red flag for me. ZERO response to potential customers is just plain laziness and unprofessional.

Hello when yall order your wig did they ask to send a picture of your id or bank card im going to dispute with my bank

I purchased a wig from this company. On the website it pictured baby hair. I even contacted them to make sure because the pictures were mixed she assured me it would. When it came it did not. I asked for an exchange they said yes after I returned it. Paid $15.43 for shipping. Then waited for weeks no reply or wig. So I asked for a refund and they said after I returned the free items. Another $15.43. So I’m out of $30.86 and nothing for it. I will never ever purchase from this wig company ever again. Ive purchase from other companies without any issues. I know they might not post this review. I will post it on Google and to social media.

Love love love great hair definitely would be ordering again but

I ordered a wig from Hermosa hair on Feb 18 and they send me an email on Feb 21st asking me to send a pic of myself holding my ID along with a copy of the card I used. I order from lots of companies such as Luvme hair, Ashimary, Klayki hair and my favorite Ula hair - these are all legitimate companies and I have never EVER had an issue ordering from anyone in my life. With Hermosa hair - they want me to send them pictures so they can lowkey get my identity and 3-digit code from the back of my credit card. PLEASE BEWARE - They are SCAMMING.

The hair was not good at all because when I went to get my hair done the stylist said the hair was no good Quality because it was mix I was so vex because I bought it to go to my son birthday party so now I have it and don't know what to do with it because she didn't install it

I ordered a wig and never received it. I emailed them when I received an email saying it was delivered. I let them know that I didn’t receive it and I had an important event. The person that emailed back was extremely dismissive and I confirmed my address with them and it was basically over $100 down the drain

How can I not:

1. Rate a company who delivers do fast!
2. Kept me informed of my order.
3. Kept their promise and provided me with 6 (yes, 6!) QUALITY wigs?

I’m always very satisfied with my purchases from Hermosa hair, the quality of the hair is great and the delivery time is always amazing. In my opinion they are my go to wig company I do not prefer to go anywhere else, and if you have not ordered for them before, you are truly messing out. I always get between a 28 or 30 inch length and it always is pretty true. The length I really never have any compliance the hair colors as well. I always color my hair a black color because I do prefer for my hair to be jet black. But the 8 x 5 closure is everything that I need because it gives me the feel of having a frontal without actually wearing a frontal and going through the process of installing a frontal. I just think that it’s easier.

I absolutely love my hair like everything is perfect and looks like my natural hair I most definitely will be ordering again

The shipping and processing was delayed by over a week. I was offered a discount for a 5 star rating after i confirmed delivery but wasnt able to do that because I hadn't had the wig for even 2 days. It wasn't described at all and couldn't hold a curl, shedded a lot and the hairline wasnt good. The front was shorter than the rest of the unit and very dry even after washing and conditioning. I told them I wanted a return which they agreed but they demanded I give them a tracking number and send it back within 5 days. But they wanted me to pay for expedited return. I paid for delivery and insurance for it to get here so I told them unless they provide a prepaid return label it will be mailed through standard USPS mail. They don't allow you to provide updated reviews on their site and take down the bad reviews. This is second time this has happened with them. I don't reccomend at all.

The hair looks like my own which is exactly what I was looking for. I love the 360 lace, it makes it look even more natural. Shipping seemed faster than expected.
