The shipping and processing was delayed by over a week. I was offered a discount for a 5 star rating after i confirmed delivery but wasnt able to do that because I hadn't had the wig for even 2 days. It wasn't described at all and couldn't hold a curl, shedded a lot and the hairline wasnt good. The front was shorter than the rest of the unit and very dry even after washing and conditioning. I told them I wanted a return which they agreed but they demanded I give them a tracking number and send it back within 5 days. But they wanted me to pay for expedited return. I paid for delivery and insurance for it to get here so I told them unless they provide a prepaid return label it will be mailed through standard USPS mail. They don't allow you to provide updated reviews on their site and take down the bad reviews. This is second time this has happened with them. I don't reccomend at all.

The hair looks like my own which is exactly what I was looking for. I love the 360 lace, it makes it look even more natural. Shipping seemed faster than expected.

I've always received my order in a timely fashion. Once when it wasn't showing that it was shipped, i got concerned but i emailed them and they responded letting me know they needed time to process my hair color choice. They are responsive, and the quality is always amazing. This is my 3rd or 4th wig now. I will always shop here and nowhere else because im scared of getting bad quality wigs from scamming companies.

Just tried this wig and I’m honestly impressed. The hair is super soft, doesn’t shed much, and it looks really natural once it’s on. The lace blends well with my skin, and it was easy to install, even for a quick, beginner-friendly look. It holds curls nicely but also looks good straight. Overall, it’s comfortable, lightweight, and definitely worth the price. I’d buy it again.

I ordered a wig and it arrived on time, but the cap was too big! I reached out to the company and the replied with 24hrs and exchanged the wig within 7 business days. Communicated every step of the way and was very professional. Thank you

This was my first order from Hermosa and it was absolutely great. I ordered a 613 26 inch body wave for my daughter’s birthday and it was beautiful. The HD lace was so easy to melt, the hairline was pre-plucked and pre bleached. The hair was so soft and it came with the cutest goodies in the bag! I highly recommend!
